I called in today to reschedule my appointment for Dr. Mohammed Aboyoussef. I had to cancel my initial appointment, due to my mother in law not given long to live. My husband and I got tickets to fly out. I called the office to cancel my appointment and reschedule later. The lady that answered my call sounded so sympathetic. She wished me safe travels and told me to call back when I was ready to reschedule. Unfortunately, I didn't get her name. That's the last thing I was thinking of. So I'm now told to call my pcp and ask for another provider because they don't see first time patients that cancel. I told her to mention in their next staff meeting to make sure they tell their staff to put in the correct notes. I was not a "no show". I called to cancel because mother in law was near death. I'm frustrated at their customer service. Advice: Get the name of who you're speaking to when they answer the phone.

Dr A came to my rescue. We moved to Fl and referred to another rheumatologist. Things did not go well and I was left without needed medication. I arrived in Dr A’s office on Merritt Isaland to find a physician who listened and cared. Immediately got things straightened out and me back to good health. I am very thankful to be his patient!!!

This was my first visit with him. I will never go back. He was so unprofessional and unbelievably rude and ignorant. He shouldn't be practicing. He wasn’t the least bit interested in what I was trying to tell him and very condescending. I left the office in tears. Absolutely horrible!!
