Absolutely horrendous care. Please, I implore you, don't waste your time. As I was checking in there was an elderly woman trying to get a refund after they ripped her off, now I'm in the same predicament. They don't care about anything except that cash register and the Dr was beyond rude.
Had a nerve block done last week and let me tell u the staff was fantastic very nice , caring and wonderful I would highly recommend this place
If they had a zero I would of left that. Lied to multiple times to get you in the door then ripped me off for 400$ only to tell me they can’t prescribe what they told me they could over the phone. Not a dr that can prescribe methadone
0 actually. So long story short, watch out for Tracy. The so called "office manager". She lies to you, tells you that she will call you later in the day, doesn't and has a nasty attitude. I tried to get through to the doctor to tell him my issue, they won't put a message through to him. Had to see him face to face and his option was to deal with Tracy or go somewhere else. So buh bye. Office staff likes to play games, so if you have no issue and your case is simple, you have it made, otherwise, good luck. And don't bother replying, PPA with an email link, not doing it when I don't even get the decency of a phone call from you people. I would rather deal with my pain then deal with this office.
by far the best doctors office that I’ve been tooThe staff is greatThe doctors are amazing
I had been in pain a couple of days. The pain had got worse and now I'm in extreme pain. I couldn't even stand at the kitchen sink without being in extreme pain. I called the office spoke with Tracy, she advised me too get into the office as soon as possible Dr. Guarino only works a half a day. So I arrived at 11.30 am they took me straight back, put me in a room took my vitals and told me Dr. Guarino would be in. As Tracy left the room, Dr. Guarino came in asked me how I was doing? I advised him I was in extreme pain, it felt like someone is was pulling my spine out. I had the pain pump put in unfortunately it had to be removed due to an infection. He looked at the surgical site he said it looked good, there was area that was still opened he said he's going to have one of his assistants too clean the area and come back in a week. He prescriped cipro to make sure that an infection wasn't trying too settle in. He also prescribed some valium too calm the spasms . I pray in a week everything is ok. I want my pain pump back. You don't realize how it's starting too work until it gone. I'd like tooThank Dr.Guarino and Tracy for doing a wonderful job taking care of me today in short notice. I'm forever thankful. I go back in a week too see if this flare is has settled down and to see when they can put the pain pump can be put back in. Keep up the awesome work.
As always my visit was helpful from the front desk to the visit with the kind nurse and then dr guardino who listens and seems to really care about all my complaints. Thank you all. I truly feel I have a great team that will help me get through this rough time.
this place is great. i showed up on the wrong day and they got me in with Richard, i got much relief with trigger point injections that were not even scheduled. very happy.
Lot of changes in doctors I hope they get it worked out soon every time you change doctors changes medicines everything seems to change but like Starting Over Again I think working pretty good with the last doctor then we got a new one and three weeks later we got another Dr they messed up my medication Ren short two months in a row kept cutting me back from what my first doctor had me working and I really feel that it just weren't right to let me hurt like that hopefully the new doctor is going to get it straightened out and get me back to a comfortable manageable pain level we shall see thank you
The woman who works at the front desk (Cathy) is really unprofessional. I understand that family members can’t enter the office due to Covid-19 and I support that. I am ok with waiting out in the lobby or in my car, but I take exception when those rules are not enforced equally. I show up with my husband and am immediately told to wait outside. While I’m sitting here I notice the next patient shows up with his wife. She says she is there to help him fill out paperwork and the lady at the front desk welcomes her right in. So I sit here watching and notice that after they are finished filling out paperwork the patient and his wife both go take a seat, the wife is not asked to step out like everybody else is. I tried to speak to Cathy over the phone about why she allowed a non patient to remain after the paperwork had been filled out and Cathy asked why it mattered to me and that she was allowed to make up her own rules. This is not my first unpleasant encounter with Cathy. Last time my husband came here for surgery this same woman promised me that she would call me when he was out of surgery. Several hours later I still had not received a call so I ended up calling the office to find out what was going on, only to be told that he had been out of surgery an hour already.Let me be clear. The nursing staff and the doctors in this office are great. Very friendly, and I trust them to do a great job. Cathy at the front desk needs a refresher course in how to treat family members.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
