Went looking for a primary care doctor. I have a lot of experience with doctor's and their office staffs. But needed to do some research so I read the reviews and decided to take a chance with this doctor. Was very disappointed. He wanted to schedule a number of unnecessary tests (echo grams) that were not covered by insurance. There is a reason insurance doesn't cover these tests. Next, during our one on one with the Dr. he didn't seem interested in our medical history. We decided to move on and find someone else, which we did. This Dr. might work for some but didn't work for us. Honestly don't understand all the 5 star reviews.

The NP there David is outstanding! Listens! The process to get prescription meds is awful! It’s NEVER 24/48 hrs. I physically went to cape canaveral office to follow up on meds and was told “well sometimes they don’t go thru a sometimes we forget”. This complacency is not acceptable in a medical office. There has to be a better way to get meds to patients who need them.

I've been a patient of Dr. Rigdon since 2017. During this time I have experienced a high level of health care each time I've made an office visit. The first years were monitoring my recovery from cancer and the later years are maintenance. These days I'm doing well thanks to the efforts of the entire staff. I truly believe there is no better place for me to be.

Been my family doctor for several years. Entire staff is curtious, friendly and sympathetic to my health conditions. Very knowledgeable and professional and can usually get seen quickly by using one of the nurse practitioners if needed.

Today was my first visit and was so impressed with the entire staff. Dora one of the nurse practitioner is excellent! She is very thorough and very knowledgeable. Took her time and asked a lot of questions and answered mine. Felt very comfortable and at ease. I am seeing allot of specialists for all my conditions and feel I found my primary care provider. Highly recommend this team.
