Dr. Serrano is very personable and attentive.

This doctor is probably the worst in Brevard. So rude. So unprofessional. He clearly hates his job. I work in the healthcare field myself and I can tell who cares for their patients and who clearly doesn’t. They take forever to receive their patients. You will wait an hour+ before you even see the doctor. They tell you they will do something like transfer your perscriptions to the pharmacy, transfer your paperwork to another specialist etc so then you have to call them because they obviously never did it and when you do call they are rude about it. Dr Serrano himself talked to my mother on the phone one time and had an attitude and hung up the phone on her. His WIFE the RECEPTIONIST is just as rude. It just adds to all of this mess. To whoever is reading this that is seeking a doctor i promise you any doctor other than Serrano is better..there are better doctors and staff out there. So don't waste you time with these people. *** I left this review on behalf of my mother who has always vented to me about this office and who has called me in tears so I went with her to the office to see for myself which is why I am leaving this review ..I AM NOT A PATIENT. She has since left and found an amazing doctor and staff. Thank you

I have NEVER been so appalled by the staff of any business or medical office in my life!!!!! I was hung up on 3 times and yelled at by the receptionist for asking to have a paper signed. Not to mention, she answered the phone "hello" like she was answering her own personal phone and when I asked to make sure I had called the correct number, she replied "Yes what do you need, i have 3 other calls on hold!" Absolutely, without a doubt, the worst receptionist I have ever had the displeasure of talking to.

Dr Serrano is the most thorough and compassionate physician that I have ever been to. Whenever I am ill his wife gets me in the same day. They are a true family practice with a caring attitude towards their patient’s care. This is rare in today’s world. I highly recommend Dr Serrano.

!!!!! *We were warned by the DOCTOR on the first appointment!* The doctor is a good doctor but due to the receptionist/wife we will not be returning. This is a 80 year old patient and how she was treated is not okay! The receptionist was so rude and didn't let me speak, she kept talking over me and she would then continue to hang up in the middle of me talking which is so unprofessional. They had the bloodwork results for over a week, almost two weeks with no call back. I asked to leave a voicemail for the doctor considering what the receptionist was telling me is different than what the doctor said on my last appointment and I know for a fact they have the results because I have them, she then proceeded to say "I don't care what the doctor says this is what I'm saying" which she has no qualification to tell the patient what to do considering she is just a receptionist. I wasn't rude at all to her, she answered the phone with a bad attitude from the start if your job is so bad that you are in this mood LEAVE IT because this isn't fair to the patients AT ALL especially a 80 YEAR OLD WOMAN! please keep in mind my grandma is now discharged as a patient by the receptionist (is that even legal???) all because she was in a bad mood this is somebody's life the doctor helps with not a useless hair or nail appointment this is something important that she obviously doesn't qualify for, you NEVER take out personal feelings on a older patient!

STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PRACTICE!!! THESE WERE SOME OF THE NASTIEST PEOPLE I HAVE EVER BEEN TO, BOTH THE FATHER AND THE SON WERE VERY RUDE AND NASTY TO ME, OF COURSE I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AND I HIGHLY SUGGEST YOU FIND ANOTHER DOCTOR. JUST LOOK AT THE OTHER REVIEWS AND TRY TO UNDERSTAND WHY OUT OF ONLY 19 REVIEWS WHY SO MANY OF THEM ARE NEGATIVE, BUT I DO BELIEVE THAT WHAT GOES AROUND COMES AROUND, I AM SURE THAT GOD WILL DEAL WITH THESE KIND OF PEOPLE ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS THEMSELVES AND MONEY. I AM GLAD THAT I AM NOTHING LIKE THESE PEOPLE!!!

Es un verdadero professional, un medico, lleno de conocimiento , porque ama su profesion, .Es una persona, integra, lleno de compassion, y todo el personal, de su oficina, son llenos de amor, por los pacientes.

DR Serrano has been my dr for over 15 yrs and I would not change him for anything! He is very knowledgeable and very professional. I drive 45 minutes to see him.

Dr. Serrano is a very good doctor. Unfortunately his wife is at the front desk, she is disrespectfully, unprofessional and rude. I don't understand why she is over there. May be she is ready for her retirement. She is always mad and doesn't listen. I will change to another family doctor.
