So much was wrong. Nurse put my lab results on another patient and told me. She he should be able to still see me. Then he would not prescribe my same or different meds. He was 30 mins late with clothes very wrinkled. I was the first appointment. Do not see this doctor!!!!

THE INCOMPETENT PEOPLE IN THIS OFFICE ARE DIRECT REFLECTION OF MANAGEMENT !!! do yourself a favor, and find somewhere else to go This office doesn’t even deserve 1 star at all but it’s the only way I can make a comment They cancelled my appointment AFTER I showed up early to fill out paperwork because they didn’t get my insurance together AFTER I GAVE THEM ALL THEY NEEDED. I called to leave a message and they said someone would call me back……Nobody called me back. I called once again to reschedule my new appointment, waited on hold for almost 10 minutes then got hung up on. Needless to say I missed my appointment after two attempts to reschedule I gave up and missed my appointment. When I tried to reschedule the office manager told me because I missed the appointment that I tried to reschedule twice I was no longer able to see anyone in that office. I wouldn’t waste any time with an incompetent staff as they have. I see that many people feel this way according to their ratings.

I wish that I had read all of the reviews before I went to SPACE COAST RHEUMATOLOGY, the staff is so rude and incompetent. Unfortunately , I am not even sure if the Dr. is aware of how his staff runs his office (merrrit Island office) I called to reschedule my appointment & update my insurance several days in advance and the insurance staff member updated my insurance & also rescheduled my appointment and gave me a new appointment date & time , however when she gave me a new appointment date , she accidently forgot to cancel my existing appointment on the schedule so it appeared as though I no showed for my appointment . the office staff rudely called me and asked where are you ? They began to tell me that I am on the schedule for today and you are not here , I tried to explain that I had already rescheduled with the insurance staff member several days ago and she would not stop being rude and loud on the phone and she would not let me explain that I rescheduled this appointment I called and spoke with the office manager well this person that I spoke with told me she was the office manager and I explained everything . Several days after speaking to the office manager , a female staff member called me and canceled my appointment & told me that I wasn't allowed back to the office. I believe that the staff member retalied against me for making a complaint , therefore getting me dismissed from the office. There is a lot of unprofessional things going on with this office so I am very glad to not come back because if the Doctor is not in aware of his staff's illegal , unprofessional & rude behavior then I believe this is a reflection of his care for patients. Ignoring all of these bad reviews that are clearly posted publicly and still allowing your staff to treat patients so unprofessionally ,will only lead to a bad reputation and bad health care for patients in the future. Unfortunately , I had to apply one star in order to post, but this office truly does not even deserve one star.

I wouldn’t give any stars but to leave a review you must at least give one star. Office staff and Doctor are very rude. Can’t believe these people are in the health care profession being so uncaring and nasty to patients.

He is very caring and listens to you. He also takes his time with you and makes me where I never feel rushed. I have been a patient of his for over 5 years.

Dr A is fantastic and thorough. Communication is excellent and he explained thoroughly treatment protocol

Didn't care for this doctor's attitude. When people are sick or worried about their health the need compassion not an ahole!

Doctor assumes any patients with a prescription error are drug seeking. CVS messed up 2 prescriptions in a couple weeks. However, I didn’t know it was incorrect as this office sends prescriptions electronically. When I called with an issue (couldn’t take medication), the nurse never returned my call. Call back 2 weeks later & nurse says doctor wants me to go to PCP for medication with issue (B12), but he will collect my $ for the other vitamins & minerals he prescribed me. Oh & I should pay for the maintenance lab work, despite not being able to take the maintenance medication they prescribed me. This office doesn’t care about patients. You are just a paycheck to them. They don’t address issues. They just avoid you, not good when you have complicated health issues ☹️ I stopped breastfeeding to receive treatment & the doctor won’t give me B12 due to a pharmacy error. Wish I never went to this office as my baby would still have breast milk during a national shortage of formula.
