I wanted to leave a review for Dr. Fetouh because he most recently has diagnosed me with Thoracic outlet syndrome. Everything I have found shows that is a rare thing to have, and is very frequently missed or overlooked by doctors. Within minutes of the office visit, he did a test that was positive for possible TOS, then shortly after this visit an MRA confirmed his suspicion.I’m very lucky to have Dr. Fetouh as a doctor because I have never heard of this condition. I probably would have gone on suffering for a long time, just writing it off, thinking my cervical spine issues causing pain like other doctors have told me. I have known doctor Fetouh for at least 4 years now. He has done numerous injections, and radiofrequency ablations on my lumbar and cervical spine. He also did an SI Joint fusion in 2019. It is apparent that Dr. Fetouh cares about his patients and wants to help find them relief. He’s proven to be very knowledgeable, and I highly recommended him.

This was one of the worst experiences I ever had in a Doctor's office. The nursing staff was rushed, rude, and unhelpful. The doctor was unwilling to address current patient conditions and treatment options. He presented as dismissive, rushed, and uncaring.

Only after a thorough discussion of medical history and evaluation of symptoms did he recommend a course of action and recommendation for solution. Dr. Fetouh and his competent staff were very attentive and responsive. Followed up the day after the surgery with personal phone to make sure all is well.

After myself and my mom having surgeries with Dr Fetouh I would NOT recommend him. Says he's caring but he's not. His office staff talks to much about personal stuff so all patients can hear them. Very unprofessional. He has not heard the end of me.

Do not trust this doctor.

Dr. Fetouh always has my best interest in his decisions he makes. He explains all options to allow me to be as comfortable and able to function as well as possible. He personally calls me to check on me and too make me aware of changes beyond his control. I am very appreciative of his care, bedside manner, and ensuring my understanding and level of functioning.

Dr Fetouh was great with me, the back office staff and nurse are really kind and compassionate. He spent extra time making me feel comfortable and explained my procedure in detail. Plus you can watch videos of the procedure too. The front office is a train wreck, snooty uncaring girls with fake smiles that don’t give a s**t about you or your issues. It’s like an inconvenience to them to wait on me. Every single time I went in, every time I was treated poorly up front. If the doctor wasn’t as great as he is, funny caring honest made me feel at ease. I would stop. But all the girls in the back are honestly caring. That’s why I go back, and endure the crab apples up front. He helped me not have to take all these pain pills that made my whole body numb, and found a therapy that worked specifically for me. Love love love him. His nurse rocks big time too, like a finely oiled machine, they work so well together. I wouldn’t go any place else.

I was switched to this doctor after having an amazing doctor in the same office. I usually get injections monthly due to chronic pain. And he refused to give them to me even when I was sobbing in pain. He was absolutely awful and had no compassion at all. He doesn’t care about a patient’s mental health. I had a really bad experience with him. Honestly just look for somebody else. Don’t go to him.
