List of Space Coast Rheumatology & Arthritis's Reviews
I wouldn’t give any stars but to leave a review you must at least give one star. Office staff and Doctor are very rude. Can’t believe these people are in the health care profession being so uncaring and nasty to patients.
Dr A is fantastic and thorough. Communication is excellent and he explained thoroughly treatment protocol
Didn't care for this doctor's attitude. When people are sick or worried about their health the need compassion not an ahole!
Treats patients like they are making up their symptoms. Never again.
Stay away from this “doctor”, his service is literally useless and severely misinformed. Despite having rheumatoid artritis already diagnosed for 2 years by previous rheumatologist, this “doctor” had the nerve to tell me that my joint pain might not have to do anything with rheumatoid arthritis. He said he didn’t see any inflammation in my joints so I seem okay. (I been on biological treatment for 2 years, that’s why) I asked if he could write me a letter for school so I can have disability accommodations when submitting my homework late due to flare or aches from rheumatoid arthritis. He said he can’t do that because if I’m on treatment I should not have any aches or fatigue and that’s not related to RA…🤯🤯 From where did he got his degree that he has so little information of how RA can cause systemic inflammation and this cause fatigue or even the aches ?????? DESPITE TREATMENT. If you see this review, please make sure you stay up to date on current research on the conditions you say to “treat”. So u don’t keep dismissing your patients with ridiculous misinformation and asking them to just come back in 6 months. A little bit of empathy might help you too.
I would not recommend Dr Salach or this practice. I saw him for one visit after moving to the area. After waiting for an hour I was in and out in just a few minutes, the visit was not thorough at all. He sent me for lab work and I asked that my Vitamin D levels be checked as well as looking for past infections that could affect autoimmune conditions. I also asked him to look into an alternative medicine LDN (Low Dose Naltrexone) that has worked wonders on patients with all kinds of autoimmune conditions, JRA included. He refused to send me for any extra lab work or prescribe the medicine. He is a “D.O” not an M.D but this clearly means nothing as he does not practice a holistic or integrative approach to medicine. I told the receptionist that I was no longer interested in seeing him and she said that was fine. Then I received a call back later with another lady telling me that Dr. Salach would no longer be seeing me and told me to “find a practitioner that agrees with you”. This was very unprofessional and seems as though this practice is more interested in a paycheck than in actually helping patients recover from chronic illnesses. I would encourage anyone reading this to find a holistic/integrative practitioner and look into LDN. This actually changes lives, unlike a practice like this one.
Me gusta por qué me diagnosticaron los mi enfermedad, no encontraban lo que tenía
Doctor assumes any patients with a prescription error are drug seeking. CVS messed up 2 prescriptions in a couple weeks. However, I didn’t know it was incorrect as this office sends prescriptions electronically. When I called with an issue (couldn’t take medication), the nurse never returned my call. Call back 2 weeks later & nurse says doctor wants me to go to PCP for medication with issue (B12), but he will collect my $ for the other vitamins & minerals he prescribed me. Oh & I should pay for the maintenance lab work, despite not being able to take the maintenance medication they prescribed me. This office doesn’t care about patients. You are just a paycheck to them. They don’t address issues. They just avoid you, not good when you have complicated health issues ☹️ I stopped breastfeeding to receive treatment & the doctor won’t give me B12 due to a pharmacy error. Wish I never went to this office as my baby would still have breast milk during a national shortage of formula.
Dr. Mohamed Mourad Aboyoussef is an excellent doctor. He really takes the time to talk and listen to you. I have improved since starting with him. Before you leave he makes sure that he has answered all your questions.
I was a bit nervous at first, after having read some of the reviews online. I have to say reviews are usually a matter of opinion! I had a great experience! The office staff was very helpful and friendly and Dr. A was awesome! I’m so happy I decided to go regardless of old reviews!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
