Dr. Bickley delivered both of my babies, he is incredible. The best bedside manner, he genuinely listens and cares. Every visit he made sure all of my questions were answered. Highly recommend him!

I adore Dr. Bickley!!! He is always so kind, helpful, and answers all of my questions throughly while never making me feel like I am wasting his time or being ignorant. My sisters saw him and I’ve recommended him to all of my friends! I saw him when I was single and needed better options for birth control, and now I see him for all of my pregnancies. Never ever want to change doctors!!!

Care from Dr.Bickley is always exceptional. Having to wait almost an extra hour to see him, I blame that on scheduling.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I was due for a simple in house surgery that required anethesia. Less then 24hrs before the procedure the company they use anethesia contacted me to tell me they were out of network for BCBS.. Weird. Whatever, still wanted the procedure done.(Ive had my period for almost 5 yrs, Id like this to be over with) Literally 1 hr before the procedure I get a call from Sandra the office manager (whom was very nice) that the machine broke... Great... Not. So you would think they would have tried to reschedule me immediately... No. I have called 3 times and left voicemails... No response. This offices promptness in customer service gets a 0. You think they would have made it a priority to reschedule immediately due to the inconvience. Not to mention they were aware that the anesthesiologist was out of network(Im assuming the other patients ran into this issue as well)... Sad because I really like Dr. Bickley and really was excited to have this on going issue, be resolved. Such a major bummer.

I have had appointments with both Dr. Thomas Bickley and Dr. Eericca Bickley as well as Stephanie, NP. I could not be happier. They take the time to answer all of my questions and put my mind at ease. Their support staff is top notch. Dr. Bickley is hands down the best ob I have ever had! I recommend him to everyone, I wasn't sure with him being a male, but that thought didn't even cross my mind after I met him. Amazing ob!!!! I had my daughter 7 weeks early, and he came by the nicu almost everyday to check on her, when he didn't have to. He goes above and beyond for his patients!

I have visited Dr. Thomas Bickleys practice for years now. Even after moving to the west side of the valley, I drive over an hour to this office. He has always been receptive to my concerns and treated me with compassion. The office runs smoothly and the organization is in a way that I feel like I matter, rather than feeling like I am being pushed through the process like a cattle drive. This office and Dr. Thomas Bickley are worth the drive.

Dr Bickley came highly recommended and although I had only 2 appointments with him so far I’m very pleased with how he shows care and concern for me and my baby. This is my second pregnancy and since my previous Obgyn retired I’m happy I found dr Bickley!

Dr Thomas Bickley & his team are awesome! I've been going to him as my gynecologist for 6 years & couldn't be happier. He has very good bedside manner, takes the time to listen to you & make sure your concerns are addressed.

Have been a patient at this office for over a decade. My doctor retired and I was really worried I'd have to start hunting for a new o.b. office turns out the other doctors in the practice are just as great. Dr. Bickley has great bedside manner and I felt heard and comfortable enough to tell him all the things that well you don't always feel comfortable talking about.
