Dr. Goldschein is intuitive, caring and goes the extra mile for her patients. Grateful for her.

I wish I could give no stars she doesn’t even deserve one. The worst and even though it was some years ago I am in the process of filing a federal complaint against her office because at the State level it all gets swept under the rug because of the type people that run this state and I’m not talking about the governor. She is not a good physician and should not be allowed to take advantage of her patients. I feel the reason Nothing will be done at the state level is because she’s....... never mind. Anyways, file a federal and licensing complain against her. She is not good at all and should have been called out and held accountable years ago, however she continues to practice. Pure evil

Dr. Goldschein is a great physician. She is engaged in your care and has helped my family tremendously. Her office manager is also very attentive. If you are looking for a physician that is concerned about quality care, go to her.

I have just called the office to make an appointment. The attendant by the name of Daniel is the rudest person and should basically not be in the medical field. He basically told me to go find another Dr. Dr Gold-Schein, you are doing yourself a di-service by having this person answering the phone and working with your patients. You have just lost another patient. I don't need to come to your office every year if I am in good health but when I need to see you because of an emergency I should be able to make an appointment and not be greeted by such a dispicable rude person.

I was a patient of Dr. Gold-Schein for about 5 years. I went to Mt. Sinai Emergency room and I was told that I had a small stroke and I should be transported to the main hospital in Miami Beach. I arrived there late that evening by ambulance. The ER had spoken to her several times. My wife called her office after 9 to let her know what room I was in. Dr. Gold-Schein got on the phone and told my wife that she has decided to become a Concierge Doctor ,would not see me unless I paid her. Bad

I have been Dr. Andrea Gold-schein for about 5 years. I went to Mt. Sinai Emergency room and was told I had a small stroke and should be transferred to the main hospital in Miami Beach, Florida. I arrived there late that evening by ambulance. My wife called her office to remind Dr. Gold-schein that I was there and was told, I have decided to become a concierge Doctor and I will not see you unless you give my office a credit card and accept a 2500.00 charge. I asked her why she didn't notify us and she did not answer. She said if we do not pay she will have a hospital doctor see him, one who has never seen him. I told her no. A hospital doctor saw him in the hallway on the way to have a MRI and said I will see you later. They read his MRI as normal and sent him home. This Dr. Gold-shein never checked on him or even called. He got worse and was taken to another hospital at which his new Doctor put him into ICU as his diagnosis was missed. What is really bad he is a Board Certified Internist and Board Certified Geriatric physician. Several patients of hers were also never notified that she was a concierge doctor only us she told that. Her actions were pure abandonment and will let the Florida Board of Medicine deal with her

So, if you want to see an internist who is patient-focused and care-driven, you may want to look elsewhere. The last time I went, I had to wait 45 minutes. I thought that was an exception. This time, an hour and a half. Overbooking patients may not be that unusual, but with a four to six week appointment lag and the administrative practice of making you pay the $20 co-pay before you even see the doctor, well, you have a pretty good idea of where you stand: her time is more valuable than yours!

I have a prescription that I needed renewed but Dr. Gold Schein won't renew it unless I see her every 6 months, which is completely unnecessary for a healthy young adult. She lied to my face and told me that it was because it is a controlled med, which it is not. And I know it's not because I'm in health care, myself, but I just sucked it up and didn't fight her about it because I needed the ref

And I know it's not because I'm in health care, myself, but I just sucked it up and didn't fight her about it because I needed the refill. On top of that, she charges the visit as a follow-up rather than a wellness check because she can bill more for that and also collect a copay from me. Then we get to the extras. She tries to force a full set of labs and an ekg on me every time. And it's not just me, I've heard them talking to every single person in the waiting room about paying for their labs today. Every 6 months. Not necessary for a healthy 30year old. And on top of that I wait 45 minutes past my appointment time to even be brought back to the exam room. Which means I'm paying even more for parking by the time I leave. Oh and then there was the time she refused to give me a summary of care even though it's a government requirement. She also left my exam room door open the last time I was in the office which allowed me to hear her office staff obtaining at least 3 different authorizations for CTs while I was there. That is unusual in my opinion, and also, a violation of HIPPA since I heard it.
