As always, I was very pleased with the medical treatment I received from Dr. Ciment. I also was very pleased with the efficiency of the staff. They are group of people that you felt comfortable working with. Very professional and prompt.

Never-ending problems with the office. Dr Ciment actually seems like a great person, but the management of the actual office and patients is a 0 star. After finally getting an appointment the doctor asked me a few questions and ordered a Sleep Home Study (a ring you wear at night to determine sleep apnea). I waited weeks for a call back and after 3 weeks I call the office asking what happened and they say "oh yes we got your results 3 weeks ago, but the doctor is on vacation"...what??? I asked what the results were and was told they came back negative. Then I was told by Jennifer that she would mail me a referral, which never came. I called back 3 weeks after and was told I can only go pick it up. It is also NOT uploaded to MyChart so I cannot see anything. This is no way to treat patients.

When my husband got Covid pneumonia back in 2021 and was admitted in the ICU for intubation we were blessed that God put Dr. Ciment in our path. My husband stayed at Mount Sinai for almost 6 months connected to a ventilator on an induced coma. Dr. Ciment literally saved my husband’s life and was God’s angel in earth. He goes above and beyond any other doctor we have ever experienced and he truly cares about the well-being of his patients and their families. He is not only the most professional and thoughtful doctor but an amazing human being. We simply love him and we’ll be forever grateful for what him and his amazing team did for us. Superheroes don’t always wear capes!

Highly recommend this doctor, not just an expert in his field, but a heart of gold, goes out of his way to help and make sure it's clients/patients are taken care of, he's above and beyond highly recommended. Yes I love Dr Ari Cement he take great care of me I be so sick and he get me right. He help me to good health because of my Asthma issues so severe. Before I’m release he make sure he fix my breathing and wheezing. I wouldn’t want to be in no other care but his THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!
