DO NOT GO HERE!!! I recently got a call from a partner saying that they tested positive for Syphillis. As you can imagine, I googled urgent care and I rushed to the one on Alton Road. It was very clean so I felt comfortable. When I was seen by the doctor, I explained my situation and he examined me. He then gave me an injection for penicillin and did my blood work. The injection hurt like hell. A few days later, I checked my results and they were negative. What a relief..... only to get a $2,000 bill a couple weeks later. When I called the urgent care, Amanda told me that is the cost of penicillin which is totally BS. I have several doctor friends that told me penicillin is one of the cheapest drugs on the market. And get this, the person who called me got the same shot at CVS for $80. Amanda told me that I can't compare the level of care from CVS to the urgent care. As if they kept me overnight from having a surgery. Again!! Do not go here unless you want to get ripped off. SHADY.I am not paying this bill and I will rather pay money to expose these crooks then give it to them. One star for cleanliness
This place is a scam, do not use this urgent care. I took my 11 year daughter here, they diagnosed her with Streep throat. The doctor said she needed a penicillin shot. They would not tell me what the visit would cost, only that I would be receiving a bill for the services later.SIX months later I received a bill for $2,200.$800 for an emergency room visit$1,400 for the penicillin shot!!If we had gone to CVS minute clinic it would have cost $153.avoid this place like the plague.
I WOULD GIVE IT A 0 IS I COULD :( STAY AWAY FROM THIS URGENT CARE!!!! THEY WILL OVERCHARGE THE HECK OUT OF YOU!!With or without insurance, stay away from this place!!!I went because I had a small wound that although it already had a scab, it had some red around it and being a diabetic, I wanted to make sure it wasn't infected. The doctor looked at it and prescribed antibiotics. That's it!! The most expensive antibiotics ever!!! The charge to my insurance was $631!!! My portion of it $178.08 for a prescription!!!!Called to complaint because they stated services rendered were Level 3 (out of 1-5), a real joke. Requested doctor transcripts to justify a Level 3 and they denied it.Overall, mediocre service, outrageous bill!
Very nice staff up to date facility
I went to Baptist health to treat a small wound. The attention was amazing and fast, and the doctor did a fantastic job! No pain at all. Highly recommended.
Third visit to the new center...this time for me:) (first was dad, then mom--all in the past 2 weeks).Very impressed with this place! Brand new. Super clean. FAST, and the service from the doctors and nurses has been outstanding!Don't review all that much but felt the need to share how good this place was...It's new to our neighborhood in SOBE and very happy they are here!
Best place to recieve health care service. FREE antibiotics was a major plus... Thank you.
Came here last night and couldn't have had a better experience! The entire team was great from the intake to the nurses to the doctor. The center was extremely clean and the people can't be beat! Thanks to everybody!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
