The attention to care in the office itself is good and the doctor is very friendly and knowledgeable, as well as all the staff. The office is clean and has a welcoming feel to it. However the 1-star review here is specifically about how the billing is handled. I came to this office because it was in-network and the staff assured me that this was the case. I ended up getting a bill for the full amount about a month later and I had no choice but to pay because they kept my card on file and because the bill was filed with the insurance company incorrectly. Calling the office leads to being bounced around on the phone and once you’ve reached who you need to speak to, you will get hung up on. So, if you do visit this office be 100% sure that your insurance is accepted here, otherwise you will be saddled with a bill that you will have no hope of ever getting rectified. Fortunately, my visit was for something simple, I’d hate to imagine the costs for a more complex visit.

PLEASE READ!!! Doctor Bellman is an Amazing doctor and I’m NOT leaving this review because of her but because of the people she works with. Her products works pretty well and if she sells them to you is because of a reason, yes the visit and time with her can go pretty fast and it can be disappointing at the beginning but once you start your treatment you will see results. Anyway, I’m leaving her 1 start because I was her patient maybe 3-4 years ago and LOVE the results so I decided to come back to her to take care of some marks in my skin. She prescribed a cream that my insurance didn’t cover and helped with a different one that she sells at her office (not her brand a different brand). The cream came and it was expired and I didn’t have a problem with it. Sooo I called them to return it and request my refund andddd HERE IS WHEN EVERYTHING STARTS! They basically owed me around $55 which they NEVER REFUNDED!!!! A month pass and they kept saying someone was going to contact me to do the refund WHICH IT NEVER HAPPENED!!! but since I had an appointment for the month after I just decided to talk to them during my appointment. During my appointment they told me that I didn’t need to pay my $30 deductible since they owed me $55 but someone was going to contact me to refund the rest of the money… WELL, THREE MONTHS (and more) have pass by and I’m still waiting for them to call me back. I have call and contact them multiple times and they always have a different excuse. They always tell me something different and end the conversation saying I have to call back on Monday when the “person” in charge is in the office who only goes to the office one a week…. When I call on Monday this”person” (who btw I have never speak to!) is never there. Last excuse she had covid, then I called back the week after she wasn’t there. So disappointed. Maybe it won’t be much money BUT IS MY MONEY!!!! I don’t just leave the office without paying a product. If we as customer are the ones that doesn’t pay for this long for sure they will send our bills to collection. I wrote this review because I’m Tired of them giving me different excuses to refund my money.

Dr. Bellman was a joke. Did not solve my issues at all. Went in for hair loss, itchy scalp along with scars & moles. Nothing was fixed. The prescriptions she gave me were crappy. The medication did not work at all. The office staff are rude and condescending. Doctor Bellman is not modern, she's old school, doesn't use computers at all. The office is tiny. The nurse is rude also. The products here suck along with the Doctor. Don't go here!

I had a very unpleasant and poor experience when I visited. I waited in the room for 45 minutes, and the doctor saw me in less than five. She was okay overall but didn't give me a comprehensive diagnosis nor a well-structured treatment. She just said I could use her creams and left the room in a rush. I couldn't ask questions, and when I asked for the treatment in writing, they gave me attitude because I was taking up more of their time. I bought two of her products and tried to return them, and they were very rude and disrespectful, stating they had a no return policy. The receptionist was highly unprofessional and gave me no solution. I would not recommend it at all.

Best Dermatologist in Miami! Treated me with kindness and compassion.

Generally kind. Quick to complete appointment. Distracts patient with questions about themselves. Then, quick to make a run of the room so that patient doesn't take up any more time. At times, unclear about diagnosis and will sell her in-office products as if patient really needs them. Be careful not to ask any questions because will be charged extra or told it is another visit, so can be charged extra. Do not recommend!

By all means I highly recommend Dr. Bellman. She’s caring, attentive to your concerns and needs. She has an angel’s hand. My husband and I have been seen her for many years.

What an amazing person is Dr. Bellman. I took my mother to her visit, her staff along with the doctor treated my mother with so much kindness. We were nervous when waiting for the doctor but once she explained the procedures we felt safe and no more nervous. We knew at that moment we were in good hands. And the waiting time was reasonable. We arrived, signed some forms, and in couple of minutes the nurse was calling my mother. Great office

Dr. Bellman saved my life. Her attention to detail allowed her to find a very tiny mole during one of my visits, which ended up being malignant and that she soon removed. I have trusted her as my dermatologist for many years and highly recommend her. People... get you skin checked often please! This could save your life. Dr. Bellman saved mine. I recommend her and her friendly staff.

My wife had the worst scamming experience at this dermatologist office.
