Super smart, professional, fast. Dr Pachter retains details, keeps a comprehensive overview, cares, follows up. He's a busy guy, but he spends the time necessary and is backed by a good team of specialists. Highly recommend. BTW, PGSF North Miami office is always on time, courteous, competent. Plenty of free parking. Mt. Sinai is a zoo. Use North Miami office, save your sanity.

Zero stars if I could. One is being overly generous! I have been a patient of this practice for many years and referred many patients. Everyone else in the practice is AMAZING, kind, professional, and courteous. However, Dr. Pachter is the rudest and most unprofessional medical professional I have ever encountered. Literally made me cry. Unfortunately, I'm not the only one who had such a horrible experience. He has zero respect for his patients!

Extremely long wait times, spends less than 15 minutes with you and wants you to come back often so he can increase his billing. His care, or lack thereof, created life-threatening health issues for me. Heed my warning and stay away.

Referred to me by the fabulous Dr. Radick, Dr. Pachter is a horrible physician. If you are looking for a dismissive, argumentative, and ego maniacal GP with horrible communication skills- you have found him. His lack of empathy and belief that something could actually be wrong with you is were he excels. Sad to see Physicians group of South Florida to go down hill after Dr. Radick's departure. If you are in the market for a general practitioner I recommend you keep looking.

exceptionally disappointed in Dr. Pachter. He has failed to communicate CAT scan results for a CAT scan done almost 2 weeks ago, after his office delayed the CAT scan one week by not sending lab results, enabling the CAT scan to be performed. This dr. has exceptionally poor communication skills.
