Ive been seeing Dr Sesin for many years, he's a good man but his office staff is incompetent. I feel bad writing this review but his staff has done damage to my health. You will never get a call back, you will be kept on hold for a minimum of 15 min every time you call, if you need assistance dealing with insurance they will not help. I don't typically write reviews but the customer service in this office is nonexistent & anyone you speak to is extremely rude and condescending.

His office flat out DENIED ME AN APPOINTMENT because my chief complaint is spine and neck pain. Why else do people go to rheumatologists unless they have pain? Judging from all the other awful reviews one can find about Dr Sesin, being denied an appointment may be a blessing

Dr. Sesin + his team have been amazing at treating + managing my SLE after I was being overmedicated and ignored by another practice despite my ongoing communication to them about my side-effects and symptoms. They have also been very accommodating with my personal needs as a special needs mom. His office staff is remarkable + his nurse practitioner has the absolute BEST bedside manner unlike the one at the other practice who simply pumped medication in me and blamed my SLE for the side effects I was experiencing. This is a first class practice!
