If there were 10 stars, Dr. Medina earns it!We came to Florida for the winter season with a patient that is in very delicate health and he was hospitalized at Mt. Sinai Medical Center, where he received great care from their emergency room team and assigned Doctors. However, we needed a Doctor who would guide us & take charge of our patient’s needs and in & out-patient care. During pandemic times, when protocol restricts family to visit loved ones at the hospital, to be sure of the quality of care that they are receiving, Dr. Medina came to the rescue and became our attending doctor, advisor, protector, and our peace of mind. He is very knowledgeable and is one of the most comforting doctor with wisdom and diplomacy that is appreciated in a clinical environment.He is compassionate and perspicacious to the critical care, medical and day to day needs, Whether it be a battery of testing, organizing appointments with wound care & a highly specialized spect scan at another facility, prescriptions for medicines, devices, including directions on where to purchase supplies in Miami, his incredible staff is always responsive and quick to attend and give support.Thank you for caring for us during these past months and for being emphatic to our constant needs. We are grateful to be under your care, Dr. Medina & your fellow associates, and your marvelous medical team (Paolo Lavado, Luciana Martorell & Ruth...) We are grateful for the care received from your concierge practice at Mount Sinai Medical Center. The concierge fee is worth every penny invested!

Dr. Medina and his team are first class. They have been amazing providing me great support across a myriad of issues. I greatly appreciate the professionalism and commitment of the team throughout the last year, which is particularly impressive given the challenges of the Covid 19 pandemic.I especially want to highlight the great work that Luciana Martorell has done for me these past few months sorting out appointments, complex insurance matters, and my vaccination. Her responsiveness and follow up is impressive and she always does it with such a positive attitude.Thanks again to the whole team. AD

Today, more than ever, it’s extremely hard to find a great doctor (and caring staff). After many years of feeling like just “another customer” or number in a system… I found Dr. Medina.From the moment I got in contact with Paolo and the staff, I knew this was a special practice.You walk in and immediately are greeted with friendly and caring professionals, trying to make you comfortable, and tending to your needs.(and that’s amazing, when most of us are not too happy to be at a doctor’s office!)Within a matter of minutes, all of the staff knew my name and was making my experience as easy as possible.Typically, I dread the “new doctor paperwork” --- Dr. Medina’s staff made it a breeze.Then instead of waiting the typical 45minutes (as I do with other doctors) --- I was seen immediately.The initial nurse was kind, comforting, and attending. We shared a laugh, and she erased my typical “doctor anxiety.”Then, without any further wait, Dr. Medina gave me what I can only say is – the best medical attention I’ve received in years.He was thorough and caring. He took his time. And eased any concerns, while making me confident that I was in amazing hands.I know Dr. Medina is accomplished at the highest standards of today’s Medical World, but he also feels like those old traditional “bedside-manner” doctors from my childhood.The ones that truly care for their patients.There aren’t many of them left.But Dr. Medina is the perfect combination of traditional patient care, and the top level of modern medicine.This is a special place, with special people.I’m beyond happy with my decision to join this practice.

Dr. Medina is absolutely brilliant. As my concierge doctor he pulls together a team of top doctors to coordinate every aspect of my health concerns. His office coordinates the scheduling of all my doctors appointments and are the kindest, most organized team. If you are looking for a high quality, thorough doctor with a wonderful bedside manner and a supportive, proactive team, look no further.

Holy Smokes! This Dr. belongs to a program that costs you $4,000. just to walk into the door. Your healthcare will not pay for anything!!I would really like to know how the good Doctor justifies this.Oh, the best part is that this fee is ANNUAL!
