The staff is warm, friendly and embracing! And Claudia did not hurt me when she gave me the shot! Dr. M is all smiles & considerate always! And Luciana? What can I say about her? She is a doll as well as a Lady Mary Crawley look-a-like! Paolo was very welcoming and chatty. An almost family atmosphere which is refreshing.

Dr. Medina and his team are first class. They have been amazing providing me great support across a myriad of issues. I greatly appreciate the professionalism and commitment of the team throughout the last year, which is particularly impressive given the challenges of the Covid 19 pandemic. I especially want to highlight the great work that Luciana Martorell has done for me these past few months sorting out appointments, complex insurance matters, and my vaccination. Her responsiveness and follow up is impressive and she always does it with such a positive attitude. Thanks again to the whole team. AD
