Unprofessional both the Administrative and Clinical staff. Super disorganized appointments are not called to be confirmed and when patients go to appointments they’re told they do not have an appointment despite the patient having a print out with proof that they were told they had an appointment. Staff are busy talking with one another instead of attending to their patients most who are elderly. Given all the negative reviews the Health Department should investigate them and shot them down. People go there because they’re in pain not for the fun and to be left there for hours and then be treated rudely with no consideration is unacceptable

I would avoid this office at all costs.I called for 2 days and was on hold for 40 minutes trying to get an appointment. Noone was able to check or verify my insurace to allow me to come they just put me on hold because they could not get in touch with the local office.Then I went to the urgent care facility on the main call centers managers suggestion to go before 3 for a walk in appointment. I went there and they refused to see me. I explained the situation and showed them where I had called since the previous day trying to verify my insurance and was there under the direction of the main lines manager. They didnt want to talk to her or make any effort to see me or help me in any way they just tried to send me down the road.I would avoid this place at all costs you will not be able to get them on the phone and they will not honor the suggestions of the call centers manager nor care to speak with them even if you arrice during walkin hours.Terrible service.

I would not recommend this place to anyone. They mis diagnosed my mother by the primary Dr. A 79 yr old senior citizen w no history of Asthma and send her asthma machine which she almost died from becase she had Congestive Heart Failure Had to be rushed to the hospital and thank God she survived. This is a 3rd world clinic in Miami beach. I am beyond myself gor what theu did

Staff is very unprofessional loud talking about personal issues in the hallways a male staff flirting with other female staff in front of patients.My appointment was for 9 am and I was seen at 1030 am.I strongly do not recomend this office for your health care needs.
