Dr. Vance is awesome and welcoming; she makes you feel at ease and is very knowledgeable with her specialty. Hearing good news from a surgeon is very trusting ( knowing that she herself said no surgery for me) isn’t that amazing!!!

Dr. Vance is extremely caring, she is very smart, a great surgeon and has amazing bedside manner. She found issues in my surgery that were not shown by the MRI. I WOULD 100% recommend her to anyone having knee problems.

Dr. Vance performed a shoulder replacement surgery on my mom two years ago with an excellent outcome. Just today, during a replacement procedure for the other shoulder, Dr. Vance ran into something very unusually in my mother’s shoulder and stopped the surgery. She did not want to compromise any nerves or do anything that may have negative consequences without doing further investigations as to the unusual circumstances she was faced with. There is no doubt in my mind that Dr. Vance is an exceptional Doctor. Her knowledge, professionalism and bedside manners places her in a class of her own. I recommend Dr. Vance wholeheartedly and feel very fortune to have found her.

Dr Vance and her team at Skolnick Surgical Tower were amazing and very professional. The anesthesia team consisting of an attending, an anesthesia resident and a medical student, we’re all very nice and on point. The post surgery staff were also very professional. I was nervous having surgery during a time in history where there is a lot of nursing staff shortages with rampant discontent. I didn’t feel it at Mount Sinai Skolnick surgical tower. Dr. Vance was very accommodating and got me into surgery within two days. I am happy with my care and felt safe. Thank you Dr Vance and the entire team at Skolnick!
