Dr Vulcano operated on my bunion and hammertoes in September 2019. My middle hammertoe was never right. It was crimped at the knuckle and discolored. Now the toe bones have collapsed downward at the knuckle. I cannot walk without pain. The bone(s) are pressing against the skin and a hard callous has developed. In order to restore full and pain free mobility I will need corrective surgery. My experience was anything but satisfactory.

Dr. Vulcano Is an amazing surgeon, I went to 2 others before finding Vulcano, one told me I would never walk the same again , the other made me pay 12k up front witch I did only to find out he was scared to tackle such damage as all 3 bones in my ankle were broken , DR Vulcano told me I would be walking soon After surgery, and today 6.5 weeks later I’m walking in a boot , and he calls to check and yesterday a was told I could start removing the boot , if your looking for a good surgeon.. I could not be happier with my experience with my surgery and follow-up with Dr. Vulcano. I had no pain at any time and everyday I'm getting back to myself without the pain I had prior to. surgery. I'm having surgery on my other foot, hopefuly iin Feburary, with any worry.

I was in agony for about a decade, having seen doctor after doctor without any relief. Then a friend who had had surgery with dr vulcano highly recommended him because he had solved a long-standing problem of hers. I went to see him with low expectations given my previous experiences. However that day changed my life: I met a warm, caring professional who listened to me and performed a careful examination of my foot and X-rays. He told me what he thought was wrong and the risks of the procedure. I agreed to undergo the recommended surgery and 4 months later I was a new person….pain free and happy. My only regret is not having met him 10 years prior!
