This was literally the worst doctors visit I have ever had. I spent four hours waiting just to not be seen by the doctor. Everytime i asked for an update the doctor was “ on lunch” . None of the staff cares to help you. I would put zero stars if possible. I was ignored and disregarded by majority of the nurses. Don’t waste your time coming here.

Dr. Aquino is a good physician, but she needs to run her office much better. If she is running late or if she have to step out, her staff should approach her patients and give an explanation of why she is running late. The patients should not approach Dr. Aquino’s medical staff to find out if there is an issue. Her staff should shown common curiosity and not let the patients sit out in the waiting room for over 2 1/2 going on three hours without saying anything.

If zero stars was an option i would of chosen that. I came in yesterday and was told the doctor couldnt see me because it was too late even though they close at 6PM and it was only 1P . So i decided to come in the today at 10am and after signing in and signing paperwork I am called to the back and once again told the doctor couldnt see me because she had called out sick. The girl who was extremely unprofessional while I was talking to her answered another call and literally left me talking to myself. Then hangs up and says she can put me in but only if I am ok with waiting all day . At this point I am a bit bothered and tell her to just forget it and give me back my paper work and she starts to laugh as she found humor in the fact that I dont feel well and that the doctor won't see me . There seems to be nocommunication between employees and clearly it is not recommended for walk ins even though that is what they say

Walked out....After 45 minutes of doing paperwork and 4 calls to my house to remind me to be on time(noon) I waited in the waiting room to 12:15.Then I asked what is my waiting time.The nurse said the dr is with a patient and 2 more before me so no idea.I walked out

La dra Aquino Es una excelente profesional,el cual todo paciente quisiera tener me trato con ellas por muchos años Quiere a todos sus pacientes y nunca dice es tarde para atenderte ella atiende a todos dándole su cariño y toda su sabiduría y experiencia como una doctora y un bien ser humano feliz de haberla conocido 👍
