My partner has substantial health issues. I was an aesthetics patient that recently joined the concierge practice. Dr. Merlino has been a lifesaver. He and his staff are available 24/7 to help with emergencies, medical appointments, prescriptions, etc… Most importantly, he is there to hear us out and provide guidance. Thank you.

This was a referral from an ER visit. I call and am told, "to see the doctor, you have to pay a yearly membership fee of $4,000 a year." lol, what????

Dr. Merlino was my assigned physician at MT. Sanai, during a stay last year. He was through and explained everything in a simple way. In fact, he followed up with me while I was on a trip in Europe - Who does that? I was impressed. Because of his attention to detail and fantastic bedside manner, I am now a PrivaMeds Conciege client. I could not be happier with my choice. With Dr. Merlino’s concierge service, I don't worry about my healthcare, his fantastic staff is on point.

I have seen both Dr. Del Valle and Merlino in this practice. They are both sharp, attentive doctors. I have always felt that I was in good hands with them, and my husband has felt the same also. They have a busy practice and sometimes there is a bit of a wait, but not always. They also can draw labs there which beats going to an outside lab. Unfortunately, we had to stop going to see them because our insurance changed and they didn't take our new insurance.
