I am so lucky to have found Dr. Bassan. He is an amazing doctor. He is the kindest, most caring and extremely knowledgeable doctor that I have ever met. He is one of the leading doctors in his field of gastroenterology. .His expertise and compassion provide a high level of comfort to his patients. He patiently listens to whatever questions I may have, never rushes me and explains things thoroughly., His experience, expertise and ability to communicate in a manner which is very thorough gives his patients a high level of comfort and trust in him. Dr.Bassan has a wonderful and caring staff. They are friendly and extremely helpful. I would recommend Dr. Bassan to anyone in need of an excellent doctor.

Have never encountered a more incompetent staff and non caring practice. If you want to deal with a caring doctor this is not the practice to turn to. Dr Bassan never made himself available to me and never returned my phone calls. Obviously never read my test results and was sent to the wrong follow-up specialists. by his assistant. Every time I called for information the staff said they would have to consult with Dr,Bassan who never made himself available.

Llevo cuatro años con el Dr Bassan, me encanta no habia encontrado un gastroenterologo que se tomara el tiempo de hacerme una entevista tan profunda y me hiciera un chequeo exhasustivo para determinar las causas de mis males. Por todo eso y muchas cosas mas se lo recomiendo a todo aquel que lo necesite

Dr. Bassan has been my gastroenterologist for over 14 years and I highly recommend him. Not only is he extremely knowledgeable and skilled in the treatment of health issues to do with the digestive system and associated organs, but the manner in which he presents the information is very patient friendly and easy to understand. In fact, he is the most kind and caring doctor I have ever had, who always gives ample time to address any and all of my concerns. Dr. Bassan is also a research doctor, who has been involved in numerous trials over the years, which puts him at the cutting edge of scientific breakthroughs that adds to his high level of patient care.
