My opinion of Dr. Cruz is that he doesn't fully analyze situations he places himself in that could potentially compromise the oath he took as a medical professional.

If you need a doctor that answers call back requests and treats your family like they are important, then this doctor isn’t for you. Took him almost a week to return a phone call and still waiting…. Like literally? Can’t take 5 minutes? My wife has asked him to call me. I have asked him to call me. What a joke

Dr Cruz is a top shelf psychiatrist. If he's by chance seeing new patients run don't walk to get an opportunity to meet him. I have been seeing him for over 10 years. He is the absolute best,caring, mild mannered and more than qualified; He's the best Dr in the world!!

This Dr.’s office is a shambles!!! I booked an intake appointment with Dr. Cruz three weeks prior because he was accepting new patients. I scheduled time off work, I filled out all the pre appointment paperwork and paid the copay. Then the day prior they call to tell me he is not taking new patients, and then tried to place me with a resident. I am making a transition from my previous doctor of 18 years who died of Covid and this is how an organization in this profession operates??!! Disgusting. I am moving all of my treatment (cardiology, urology, gastroenterology to a new facility,MSMC can not be trusted.)
