What a wonderful experience at Laseraway! Katrina my physician assistant was knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable. Definitely will be back for further treatments.

This Laser Away location is my favorite. This is my second time coming for a treatment, and I've had great customer service each time. Previously was helped by Katherine to choose the right treatments for me. She was quick, concise, friendly, and knowledgeable. The Dra. Lissette took care of my laser hair removal and clear and brilliant facial treatment and was excellent and very detailed oriented. She wanted to make sure I got the best results. Thank you!

I had used Laseraway in NY a few years ago and had a great memory of it, I knew there was one un south beach so I made an appointment and went (I benefited from a deal - great stuff!). The team in Miami south beach is amazing!! Very friendly and personable, they made me feel comfortable from the moment I came in. I was in for voluma and juvederm and was apprehensive. The 2 technicians that I had performed with great expertise and agility, relieved my fears and the results are gorgeous!! I will be back and highly recommend! Marie D.

Call in previously to my appointment to explain that I am coming for a touch up botox appointment so I can use my 100$ birthday voucher. Was told okay sure no problem and was given the next day appointment. I came to my appointment, the lady in the front (so called herself a manager) says I need to spend 250 in order for me to have use my offer. Total bs, money laundry and lies. Nowhere in the email there is a * with small script that being said. Nowhere in the email it says it must be “250”. Full time scam. Once I showed the email I was told okay I can have my Botox boy I need 10 units (while all I wanted was 6)- right here medical malpractice I can sue for as I am given treatment I didn’t consent to or more than I needed. I ended up waisting extra $50 and the girl says okay Thank you bye. I asked for receipt- no receipt. I insisted to get a receipt of purchase. Unhappy and dissatisfied she went back to bring me my receipt. Total scam. They probably refunded my money to their personal cards if no receipts is given. Why I have to fight to get a receipt ? Total scam. Lies. Then I left and the next day o receive a new email remainder from laser away to not forget and use my $100. Waw. So they never even used my offer. Just overcharged me. During Botox the nurse left for 10 minutes to “prepare” the syringe. I won’t be surprised if they injected me saline water instead of real Botox because the whole place is a scam. Everywhere in every single medical office the Botox is prepared in the same room where the patient is, not in some underground bathroom. What did she injected me ? I don’t know. It’s a scam. Not a Legitimate business. Will report it to health administration and bbb. Just sitting here scanning clients and lying all day is not okay

Esta empresa son tremendos estafadores, me hicieron hacer un prestamos una tal PATY y como dos semanas despues llame para cancelar, para que le devolvieran el $$ al banco y la Tal PATY que cuando te llama para venderte el paquete es tan sweet jaja y cuando la llamas para cancelar es una perrita y te dice con esa autoridad que NO te van a devolver el $$ por que ello no le da la gana y se lo van a robar te aconsejo que si no estas seguro si vas hacerte un procedimento no le hagas caso a la boba de PATY que te va a robar.

I love coming here! They make you feel so welcome and comfortable from the moment you walk in. Receptionists are always lovely and every tech I’ve had is wonderful as well! This most recent time I had Kat who was INCREDIBLE. Can’t recommend her enough. I was getting a Brazilian done and she made it so that I didn’t feel a thing. I was so impressed. They do everything to make you feel absolutely comfortable during the experience - blankets , stress balls, tv etc. highly recommend - definitely my favorite laser spot that I’ve ever been to

they burnt my skin, i had to take 2 weeks of pills and they kept my money!

This place is amazing!! I’ve had three treatments with LaserAway at their Mountain View, DC, and South Beach locations and all times have been great. My technician Yeisy was so kind and great. She gave me ice packs when the laser was too strong and a stress ball to squeeze. She answered all my questions and was super thorough with the laser removal.

Had an incredible time at Laser Away with Katherin. She took great care of me and was very knowledgable about all the services. Would definitely recommend!
