If I could give her 0 stars I would. When I asked her very politely why I had to wait 1 hour every year I came for a check up, she accused me of being late, when in fact I arrived 10min before appointment. She then proceed to tell me she didn't need this kind of stress and that I should find a new doctor. I left immediately, never coming back. Lack of professionalism and was rude to me without reason. Don't waste your time, find a new doctor.

I've read great reviews on Dr. Leilany and her choice to hire and involve Lian Jelenszky at her practice has been a terrible experience. Lian does her basic job but will be quick to abandon, dismiss and not care for you if you do not fit her requirement of you as a patient. She does not work with patients to find them the best care, rather a patient has to fit her mold. Instead of working to discuss the best path forward for care she suggested over email to come in to discuss, which I was happy to do, then sent a letter in the mail saying she refused to provide care any longer, then had the office remove my online portal access so I could no longer access my records or communicate about the best path forward. Poor provider overall and a sign the office is changing direction. Beware of new providers in the office.

I am a 73 yr old woman. I tried to change my Medicare plan and was denied and was told that Dr Irizarry reported that I had a very serious lung condition. To say the least I was upset and emailed her office. Received a reply from someone in the office stating that a CT scan showed that I , in fact I had lung issues. I tried to explain (in writing ) that the diagnosis was incorrect and I needed it taken off my permanent record. She refused and there I was unable to get supplemental insurance. What I got instead was a form letter with her name but unsigned saying that she would no longer be my doctor. Good riddance! Unfortunately, there is another doctor whom i love, in that same practice. I am so disappointed!!!

Dr. Irizarry-Colon is an excellent physician. She is thorough, has excellent bedside manner and is very knowledgable. I highly recommend her for anyone that is looking for an internist!

I love Dr. Irizarry-Colon. She is a phenomenal person as well as a phenomenal physician! She cares about her patients and she is very thorough. She is highly intelligent and ensures you don't leave her office without covering all bases. I've moved to another city and I truly miss having her as my doctor!

Made an appointment 3 months in advance. Was informed over the phone that appointment was canceled because she decided to go on vacation. Guess this isn't exactly a review of her as a Doctor, because she couldn't be bothered to see me. In my line of business if I had so little control over my own schedule that I booked clients that far ahead of time and then told them tough luck, I would literally be out of business.
