I made an appointment with the doctor twice and twice was not canceled by me. I made my first appointment in December 2022 and waited for it for three months which was supposed to be 3/26/2023. Nobody called me or sent me an SMS about a reminder of the visit, as is usually done. I called them myself. And as I found out my visit was cancelled, on the same day I made another appointment but with a doctor's assistant. My second failed appointment was scheduled for 5/23/2023 at 1 pm, the same story, no one called or sent an SMS to confirm the visit. I called again myself to confirm my visit, and I don’t know who canceled it a lot. I turned to this doctor because he was given to me as the best specialist in his field. I could have chosen another doctor. I am very disappointed with this attitude towards the patient. Maybe others have not had the same experience as mine, but I left my review because I was very upset. I could get accepted through a scandal, and calls to the manager, but I'm not that kind of person. Maybe someone will read my review and chuckle, but it was not funny to me.

Hands down one of the best experiences with medical staff I have had over a decade. I never write reviews (let alone for doctors), but Dr. Berzosa was very kind, knowledgeable, and gave me the time of day to hear my concerns and patiently educate me on my symptoms and course of action. A very professional doctor and nice human being.

My primary physician referring me to Dr. Berzosa for a routine colonoscopy was the best decision. Dr. Berzosa and his medical team were extremely professional at all times. 100% recommended!
