He and his PA Polina might be great, kind and personable, but what is the point of getting the best Dr you can find if they can never see you, and then when you do finally get an appointment and take the time off from work you get your appointment Cancelled 3 times within a month. If you value your health and want your time valued, do yourself a favor and get another Dr and practice. And this is coming from an x employee of Mount Sinai, so imagine if you don’t have the connections I have, how much worse your experience will be. To top it off, I’ve been trying to speak to the office manager for days and left massages, and nobody calls me back. Worst medical experience and customer service of my life

I will rate the Mount Sinai Gastroenterology Services at Gummenick Outpatient Center as outstanding. My appointment time was served on time and the personnel was courteous and professional. Dr. Berzosa explained my health problems clearly and he answered all my questions. I want to thank Dr. Berzosa for his excellent care and attention during my recent visit. Thank you Dr. Berzosa for your care and for your suggestions to correct this issue!!

Dr. Berzosa is an excellent doctor, very talented kind and makes you feel like you are talking to your best friend . He takes time to listen one never feels rushed , I am very lucky that I put my health in his hands and be his patient .

I was referred to Dr. Berzosa by my G/I Dr. Charles Hotte in Fort Lauderdale. My first meeting Dr. Berzosa was excellent. I have a complicated problem and he was friendly, relaxed, extremely positive , and explained everything carefully to my wife and I and then he sat there until he answered every question I had. He never once glanced at his watch!From the first phone call from his office staff seven days ago, to entering Mt. Sinai Medical Center today for the appointment, until I finally walked out every single person I met was upbeat, positive, helpful, and the place itself was spotless.This was the best "hospital experience" I've had in 50 years as a patient or as a caregiver. I don't normally do reviews but Dr. Berzosa's whole team earned it. I feel fortunate to have been referred to this group.
