Dr. Csete cared for my mother the way a loving and grateful son would treat his own mother. Mom had asthma since childhood. She became his patient in about her early 80’s, previously diagnosed with COPD. We had hoped she could live to celebrate her 90th birthday. She did. With perfect precision he prescribed, monitored, and balanced various medications on a daily basis to prevent and cure bronchitis, pneumonia, etc., often saving her life. He performed delicate medical procedures to “vacuum” phlegm from her lungs that she was unable to expectorate. And so we celebrated her 95th birthday. And her 99th. And her 100th. She passed away at 100 plus 6 months. And the cause of death was not COPD. He thoroughly listens, empathizes, and respects the patient. His fund of medical knowledge is VERY deep. With a powerful and persevering, yet calm, unassuming presence he harmonizes the science of medicine with the art of healing, curing complex illnesses and uplifting the patient’s will to live.

I’ve been dealing with this doctor for the past three days Since I was admitted at Sinai. It may be soon for a full blown review but he’s what you need when you are sick. He comes to see you when he says he’s coming, he’s uplifting which is what we need when dealing with bad news about illness. This doctor is realistic but not one of those that shoots negativity, he handles communication very well and super respectful. I’m very impressed so far and while he investigates what I have, I can tell you that I fell I couldn’t be in better hands.

I called here. Someone answered the phone very weirdly and was very rude. Never bothered to see the doctor. I mean how difficult is it to answer the phone and be normal. I could only imagine how bad the doctor is.

Outstanding doctor and staff. Professional, caring, knowledgeable. Wonderful doctor and incredible human being. I made an appointment with Dr. Csete thanks to a friend who had been a patient of his for years, and who always spoke very highly of him. I called Evelyn and got an appointment for the following day. When I arrived I was welcomed with a smile. Five minutes later I was with the nurse, Sondra (outstanding professional and human being as well), and with Dr. Csete 3 minutes after that. Incredible to meet such a high level physician who also respects patients' time and treat you with kindness and concern. His staff will call you when they promise to call, follow up and always do it with the utmost patience and kindness.

Doctor Csete is that rare doctor who truly cares about each patient and never makes you feel rushed. He is a top notch diagnostician who carefully follows through. I owe my life to his medical expertise and caring. His staff is the nicest and most helpful I have ever known.

Dr. Csete practically saved my life when I got pneumonia. While other doctors were confused, he went straight for the correct antibiotic and cleared up my pneumonia. He really cares about his patients and came to see me daily while I was hospitalized at Mt. Sinai. I am very impressed and recommend him MOST HIGHLY!!!!

If you are looking for a fabulous pulmonologist look no further. Dr Csete is a great professional and a caring human being. I've been his patient for many years and I always trust his judgment and knowledge to treat my conditions. I feel he understands my needs and knows how to take care of me. His staff is superb and very helpful when patients want to make an appointment. The waiting room has a beautiful fish tank that it's very soothing... I will never leave him! He is the best in Miami!
