Midway Miami Beach has a health care staff second to none. They are prompt in scheduling appointments and meeting all patients medical needs. Phone calls are returned in a timely manner insurance documentation and pharmacy refills are always handled within 24 hours. Its always a pleasure to deal with staff specifically with Cynthia. She has great empathy for her patients. Something that tends to be forgotten in todays medical practices.

Ive been seeing my doctor for over 10 years at what is now Midway Specialty Care Center Miami Beach. Managing a potentially lifethreatening chronic illness. When Ive called in the past they dont answer the phone and they are slow to return voicemail messages. Now today when I finally get someone a live humanbeing on the telephone I learn that my doctor has retired. And here I am left in the lurch scrambling to fill a prescription. After being a patient of this clinic for years and years NO OTHER DOCTOR considered reaching out to me for prescription refill help explanation etc. Tsk tsk tsk.
