I went to the Baptist Urgent care because I couldn’t breathe, they took an hour and a half to call me inside, after a technician took my blood pressure, a nurse tried to examine me and only when I asked if she was a doctor, she said that the doctor would come see me. the doctor Nina Lazovic came to examine me for half a second, and after that the technician took me to another room to test me for COVID and influenza. I tested positive for the Flu and after waiting for over an hour for the results I went outside to ask for some help. Later on another nurse came to discharge me asking me if the doctor Nina Lazovic had told me the results of the labs. I said no the doctor hasn’t come back, she went outside and asked Dr. Lazovic, who told her she could discharge me. Quite the disappointment, this doctor wouldn’t even bother to come explain to me the 3 different medication she prescribed me or what to expect with the Flu type A. I am sure this place billed my insurance for full rates and not half the service she delivered to me.
