I am so happy with my decision to choose Dr. Afrooz. I traveled to Miami from out of state and it was totally worth it. I had several rhinoplasty consultations, but Dr. Afrooz stood out from the rest. His kindness and dedication to his patients was evident. During our first call we discussed my concerns in depth and he made me feel confident he could deliver the results I wanted. He explained his process and answered my many questions without ever making me feel like he was rushing to the next appointment. I really felt like a priority, unlike my previous plastic surgery experiences, which felt impersonal. The entire staff is amazing, including Jenn and Patty, who are super friendly and supportive. I’m six weeks post op and still pretty swollen, but I already love my results. I know that as the swelling continues to go down it will just look better and better. I am thankful for Dr. Afrooz and his team for their exceptional work and the wonderful experience they provided.

Dr. Afrooz is an ARTIST! It was so important to me to pick the right surgeon because I knew my nose was going to be a difficult case. (For context, I had had a wide bridge with a bulbous tip, no hump and thick skin.) When that cast came off, I was relieved to see I made the right choice with Dr. Afrooz. He’s a perfectionist and has such a keen eye for aesthetic, natural results. Im only two weeks post-op, but my new nose already looks pretty and much more harmonious with my face :) I’ll do an update 2-3 months post-op

I am beyond pleased with my rhinoplasty by Dr.Afrooz. From the first consultation I knew he was the right choice for me based on the questions he asked in terms of what improvements I wanted to see, and HIS recommendations afterwards. This is was my first cosmetic surgery and the fact that he wanted to hear my opinion first made me realize this was a consultation made just for ME. After I gave my suggestions, Dr. Afrooz gave his medical opinion on changes he would recommend , and it was eye opening because I realized I never would’ve changed those details unless he pointed it out, in the end it made me realize HE IS TRULY THE EXPERT. Going into the office and meeting with him was a great experience. His staff is friendly and above all professional. I had constant communication with his staff with scheduling, me they were very easy to get a hold of. Prior to surgery, I was able to get an idea of what my nose would look like with the software used and I was very pleased with his results. Dr.Afrooz was also insightful with expectation post surgery and he did not miss a beat. After the surgery he ensured his staff was available with concerns I may have had until my next in person visit. I’m currently 6month post surgery and I love my new nose!!! If you’re looking for a sign to go through with a rhinoplasty, THIS. IS. IT. Book the surgery with Dr. Afrooz. I have never felt more confident in my life. I’ve wanted a rhinoplasty for years and years and finally decided to do it. I’ve followed Dr. Afrooz on instagram for 3 years and loved every single nose job outcome. I decided he was my guy! I booked the consultation and he made me feel extremely comfortable and confident that I made the best decision. Going through with this surgery has literally changed my life. I had a severely deviated septum, crooked nose, and a hump. I hated everything about it. Now, I don’t even have a bad side and I’m in LOVE with my new nose. I still can’t believe how perfect it is. The surgery itself and recovery was pretty painless, my worst day of pain was a 1 out of 10, and it wasn’t even pain, it was just a slight pressure headache. I never in a million years thought that I would have a perfect nose, but here I am. The best part is, I still look like me, only now I have a perfect nose. Thank you so so much Dr. Afrooz and all the staff behind the scenes. Y’all are truly amazing and I would do this surgery over again if I had to and choose you all every time! 10/10 recommend.

I always knew I wanted to get my nose done since I was in High school. I never thought I would end up finding the right hands for it in Miami. Dr.Afrooz studied my face and had a game plan to achieve my goals. I wanted the most natural results as possible and got them! From the pre-op process, to my surgical day, the surgical coordinators made it easy and not stressful at all. I never thought having a simple procedure like this would make feel or look any different, but I have to say that I feel more confident than ever and truly love my results. Before meeting Dr. Afrooz, I had 3 surgeries on my nose within the span of 4 years. After each surgery, my nose began to look worse. I was losing hope on ever having a normal nose. No matter how much makeup I used, the deformities on my nose would still show. The only way I felt confident was hiding my nose with a mask. I was scared to trust another plastic surgeon again and undergo a fourth rhinoplasty surgery but I knew I needed to. Someone recommended Dr. Afrooz to us and after countless days of research, we knew Dr. Afrooz would be the best surgeon for my revision rhinoplasty! His qualifications and experience speak for themselves. After meeting him, he immediately made me feel hopeful. Him, Kayla, Lindsey, and Patty were always available to answer any questions we had leading up to the surgery. I was the only surgery scheduled for the day, which truly made me feel prioritized. I began to feel nervous the morning of my surgery but the second I arrived to the office his staff made me feel so at ease. My surgery ended up being 9 hours long! One of the OR nurses stayed an extra 3 hours with me post op until I felt well enough to leave even when the whole building was closed, which I truly appreciated! I'm currently almost 2 months post-op and I'm so grateful for Dr. Afrooz for giving me the nose I've always wanted! He's passionate at what he does and he's a perfectionist with his craft. His team was the absolute best and I couldn't thank them enough for making me feel so comfortable before and after my surgery! Look no further 10/10 recommend!!!

Where do I even begin...My experience as a patient of Dr. Afrooz has been incredible. I had a primary rhinoplasty with Dr. Afrooz at the beginning of November, 2022. My nose had A LOT of issues and I knew it was going to be a complicated case. I had a huge bump on my nose as well as a deviated septum and very crooked bridge of my nose. Dr. Afrooz and his entire team did an amazing job. The whole experience was streamlined and each step of the process was clear. On the day of surgery I barely had any nerves as I felt comfortable and knew I was in excellent hands. I had minimal pain after surgery and what pain I had was well controlled with the medications I was prescribed. Due to the complicated nature of my surgery, Dr. Afrooz took extra care and even kept my cast on for an extra week to ensure my nose healed as straight as possible. Dr. Afrooz scheduled me for multiple follow up appointments to make sure everything was healing well. I really feel that Dr. Afrooz is such a humble individual that he needs his patients to share how amazing he is! It is evident that he is truly a perfectionist and an expert in his craft. I am over the moon happy with my results and am grateful every day that I chose Dr. Afrooz and his team to do my surgery. I have gained a tremendous amount of confidence and can also breathe significantly better after my surgery. I contemplated getting a rhinoplasty for many years and never found a surgeon that I truly felt comfortable moving forward with until I found Dr. Afrooz. For as long as I can remember, I have wanted a rhinoplasty to fix the bump on my nose. I also wanted a chin implant to help with my chin projection. I had many consultations with different surgeons. However, as soon as my consultation with Dr. Afrooz was over, I knew he was my surgeon. He was not pushy at all (like many other surgeons were), he took his time, was very thorough and he was very patient with me. I felt very comfortable with his ability to achieve my desired outcome. Preop went very smooth. I knew exactly what to expect thanks to Dr. Afrooz and his staff. I was given a packet of instructions for both preop and postop which was also very helpful throughout the entire process. They made me feel very comfortable and calm leading up to surgery. He also made my husband (who did not want me to get surgery) comfortable as well!! Surgery day was great! Surgery was on time and the staff was amazing. My CRNA made all the difference. He listened to my concerns and communicated with me very well. Dr. Afrooz also personally talked to my husband right before surgery started to calm any nerves which was very considerate and helpful. His staff was good about updating my husband during surgery as well. I am now 6 weeks post op (2 weeks postop in the picture) and am so so so happy with my results. Dr. Afrooz noticed things about my nose that we discussed before my surgery that I never really noticed but now that its changed (like straightening my nose from the front) I am in love and sooo glad that he is so good at what he does. I also can breath much better now that my septum is straightened out which is an added bonus to all of this!! My chin implant is the perfect size and I think it goes perfectly with my new nose! For the first time ever I am no longer self conscious of my nose or chin!! Im so grateful to Dr. Afrooz for everything he has done for me! Best decision ever, I would do it a million times over again!
