Philip Mirmelli's Online Review Report Card

Phil Mirmelli is a throwback to what we always thought a doctor should be — studious about keeping up with developments, caring and competent. I have a LOT of doctors, and there’s no one else as confidence-inspiring as Dr Mirmelli (also fun to talk to). He’s been my allergy/asthma doctor for 20+ years, and he will be until he retires or I pass away. THE BEST!!!!

The DR. is great but the staff are horrible specially Tiffany she is never willing to help, they change the office hours all the time, close early “emergency” all the time and then never willing to help u. Definitely will find a different DR.

This doctor is so amazing, we had the best experience possible! Its great when you come across doctors like this one. They don't come around often! He gave the best history exam, was beyond gentle with my daughter who is terrified of doctors. I can't say enough amazing things about Dr Mirmelli and I am so thankful we found him!

I like Dr. Mirmelli, he's smart, caring and professional. His office staff is not customer focused or friendly. Forcing a patient to come for an office visit during Covid just because I need a prescription refill for an allergy medication is absurd. They offered me a future appointment for a TeleDoc appointment with a new associate but they were unwilling to make an exception to help me get my refill. This is very disappointing and seems like a policy designed to simply collect a co-pay and insurance claim for an office visit. VERY DISAPPOINTING!

We took our 8 month old for some testing- the Doctor and his entire staff were so warm, welcoming, knowledgeable and sweet. Dr, Mirmelli is easily one of the most gentle, caring and thorough doctors I have ever had the pleasure of meeting.

We are very disappointed with this doctor PHILLIP MIRMELLI and his office❗️I doubting his professionalism. Did he even hear about medical ethics❓About the rules and norms of interaction between the doctor and the patient ??? We had an appointment with the doctor with our 7th years old daughter, who had an allergy( swollen eye and whole face and arms in red eczema) Our appointment was scheduled and confirmed buy his office in writing at 10:30. We came 10 minutes before the appointment. But, what a surprise when we came to the office they said that it is a mistake from them, and our appointment is for the next week ‼️‼️‼️ This is in a pandemic situation, we put our daughter at risk, we came to the office and they say: sorry, the doctor cannot accept you because we made a mistake in the appointment !!!! And what should we do? This should not concern us at all, it was not our fault that the error occurred! The doctor didn’t even come out to talk to us! The office manager sent us to Aventura to another doctor! And this is all in a pandemic situation‼️I have to take risks and go to different hospitals with my child ❗️❗️❗️Shame and disgrace to those doctors who do not help patients‼️ I want to thank you doctor Jaime Landman, M.D. Thank you for taking us immediately and examining our child! Thank you for your professionalism! We really appreciate it!

Waited for an hour and 15 minutes to be seen untill I gave up. I took back my copayment and left

Such a great doctor, best in town!!! Very kind, excellent manners, professional and explains everything with patience. He and his team did everything possible to make my daughter feel comfortable during the consultation. 100% recommended!!
