This is THE WORST experience I have ever had in my life! I spent 2 hours calling 8 different numbers at Mont Sinai from this doctor's office and none of them worked, nobody could schedule the appointment and everyone gave me the wrong number! What a disaster and disorganization at this hospital and this doctor's office! I am beyond infuriated with the amount if incompetency I saw and heard today! If this is how you handle appointment scheduling I only wonder how you treat patients! I am SO not choosing this hospital for me and my family's care. Good luck

hello everyone, my father is been living in this hospital for 14 years now, and he just went on to the hospital for a week, and now you refuse to take back to your hospital, just becuse he has a breathing trach, i'm sorry but its unhumane to kick someone in that condition to the street, or to a another home, its hard to have a father in that condition for 14 years and on top off that to get this kind of threatment, its just add more tears, thank you form a very sad Zaig family. god bless
