2 1/2 hour wait every time we come. Horrible system of him seeing patients just one day. He is full to the rim of patients. The front desk does not inform of any emergencies or wait time. We were waiting 2 1/2 hours for the nurse to bring us in and then wait for the doctor after that some more. Not coming back for sure. No respect for patients time.

Everyone, from the greeters, to the staff, absolutely EVERYONE was a pleasure. Dr. Roy Williams is excellent! I felt I was in good hands from the onset. I can't give enough compliments. I entirely would give him free reign as to the status of my health. My thanks to him and all his staff.

Took my father to see him for a consult this past Friday morning and ended up admitting my father directly for observation and surgery lined up for this upcoming Monday or Tuesday. We both really liked him, the way he spoke and treated us. Once admitted into the rooms, he came down to give us an update. This is an extremely scary process and procedure given my father's health and age but he gave us an option which lends us hope. We are hoping and praying for the best results but do feel my father is in thr best hands.
