Review is for the Miami Beach and Hallandale locations. The dental care has been good so far. Billing/Customer Service is poor. They don’t bill insurance for everything they charge, so it’s on you to work with your insurance to sort things out. They don’t resubmit claims when needed by insurance. There’s no central billing number & staff. Overall, a headache.

The reviews are right!! It is a scam! First I'll say I love the dentist, but everyone else and the "policies" are stupid. I left after my exam because they tried to charge me $144 for a cleaning. The rude hygienist said that fluoride was not covered in my insurance, despite having good insurance! I will never return!

Absolute scam. Tried to charge $200 for a cleaning. And that’s after they were billing my insurance $800. A cleaning without insurance should be around $100. Avoid
