Dr. Ghali, is the best Doctor. He cares, he listen, he is extremely professional, very knowleable, he resolved all the issues, he answers all your questions, he calls you or email you the same day you contacted him. I wish I can find out where is his Office now, as he is no longer at UM.Silvester lost one of the top Physician they had. That was UM mistake. Hope that you do your research and find his office, an I can assure you that All his patients willgo back to him.

I'm 62 yrs old and have underlying health issues. I contracted covid 19. My primary care doctor was out of the country and unavailable. I reached Dr. Ghali through Teladoc. He ATTACKED my condition with multiple prescriptions and recommendations as though I'd been his patient all my life. I can't thank him enough. I recovered quickly, at home without any complications. I wish he had a practice near me. He would certainly be my doctor if he did.

This doctor is only available for tele health appointments. Even though other UHealth doctors are seeing patients in person. After my first tele health appointment is the summer of 2020, whenever I had a health issue and contacted Dr. Ghali for Help via MyChart (UHealth secure web for doctor- patient communications), unlike other doctors at UHealth that personally reply to their patients, this doctor has a third party reply his messages with “the doctor is out of the office” “Dr. Ghali is not seeing patients in person” and someone else has had to get involved to take care of my health issues . If doctors’ mission is to help their patients with our health issues and make themselves available with compassionate and understanding, attitude, I did not find these qualities in Dr. Ghali.

I don't think I can come up with enough words to show how blessed I am to have come across Dr. Ghali. I was having all sorts of pain ,Body aches , shortness of breath and many more symptoms. After continuously going to the ER and seeking medical advice from non caring Doctors who basically said it could be my breast implants causing me these issues and that it could also be that I was getting older ,never truly listening and sending me for the proper testing. Well after much research I found what I believe to be one of the very last Dr.'s that genuinely cares about making a difference in his patients health. I can tell you all that after seeing him and applying his medical advice I feel a world of difference. If you are tired of these so called Dr.'s out there trying to make an easy fortune of you without truly caring for your health and making a difference in your life please give Dr. Ghali a try, I swear you wont regret it. Dr. Ghali has been my PCP for the last year. This past weekend, on a Saturday eve no less, he twice communicated with me regarding health concerns, supplying his perspective and providing an Rx. One cannot say enough how this calms patients given today's health scenario. When seeing someone in the office, the empathy Dr. Ghali exhibits while professionally dealing with a patient's needs is impressive and a great example to other physicians. In short, he is a true doctor.
