Dr. Shim is incredible! I switched over to her, after not being comfortable with another doctor and I'm glad that I took the chance. She took her time, explained everything in great detail and made sure that I understood the course of the plan. Not only was Dr. Shim wonderful, but her staff was incredible as well. They were efficient in their processes, well trained and extremely kind to me. I am glad to have her and the team for a care providers.

Dr Sims is excellent doctor Staff is not good on follow up. In addition I was in hold for over 40 minutes regarding a referral that needed to be faxed for nerve conductive test. I had to hang up because my hand that suffers from carpel tunnel was hurting. This is reason for seeing Dr Sims I call a week ago to get referral faxed as of yet nothing was received. Specialist will not schedule appointment until referral is received

Do not go this this doctor they post wrong address you call to ask for help they tell you no worries it’s ok and can’t help find building then once you finally find it they make you wait 40 minutes cuz you were late meanwhile people who were on time and had earlier apts are still in waiting room and not been seen. Then they loose your insurance card. It’s a hot mess!!!

I switched to Dr Shim as my orthopedic on the recommendation of my primary doc (Dr. Georgi Miller) for a nagging sports injury that has not completely resolved under the prior orthopedist treating it. After a through consult including xrays, Dr. Shim and her PA order an MRI which the previous ortho had not and decided on a course of action to help treat it without rushing to surgery. As it were, I had the MRI on December 30th - before a holiday weekend. The results were posted on the Electronic Health Record right on the 31st. With the quick turnaround for even a non-emergency condition, service is spectacular. Dr. Shim herself called me with the results and treatment plan right on the 3rd. Her office staff - from the office manager who did the paperwork after I left without me calling to remind since the system was down during my visit to the xray tech (who even let me practice talking in Russian) - was top notch and very helpful. I highly recommend this practice.

The Dr . Shim is very Professional, I Love all the information that she gives me every time that I saw her. The reason for the one star is the staff. I am waiting since November 16th ( today is Dec 13th) for MRI and maybe I need to reschedule again, and again, because the insurance doesn't have any order for MRI. If you call them, nobody knows , they saying the MRI office needs to send the information to my insurance, the MRI office saying the same thing, and I am completely lost in this situation. How is possible?

I went to Dr. Shim for a second opinion on my fractured elbow. The previous Doctor recommended surgery on the elbow. Dr. Shim reviewed my X-rays and told me the bone was healing nicely. She told me I will not need surgery. She is very warm and caring. She made me feel comfortable being with her.
