Ms. Diane Diaz, APRN is hands down the very BEST in the industry. She did the BEST job with me & I can’t WAIT to go back to see her again!!

All aesthetic Med Spas are definitely not made equal. This is one of the best, the staff is always friendly, the rooms are always spotless, and my results are great. Their extended hours are also a bonus as I I'm able to get evening appointments after work. I have extremely sensitive skin that has been known to react poorly to treatments in the past. I book all of my appointments with the nurse practitioner, Diane. She took the time to understand what my goals were with my skin. Since working with her my skin tone has evened out tremendously. She makes sure that I'm comfortable and does her best to make sure I get the best outcome from my laser treatment. She's always honest and realistic about what I should expect from down time to aftercare and results. I highly recommend checking out what VIO has to offer.

Such a wonderful experience ! Great ambiance and front desk staff. My NP injector Diane was great, very knowledgeable and skilled. You could tell she loves what she does. She explained everything in detail and recommended what was best to achieve my desired outcome. Definitely making my next appointment with her again.

Vio MedSpa's employees and nurses are top notch! I was treated with such kindness. I even learned there is a more natural Botox product on the market. I tried it and it worked great! Vio is my new go to for all my skin and beauty needs!!!

VIO Med Spa was such a treat! From the moment I walked in the door, everyone was friendly and welcoming. They explained everything and answered all of my questions before my services were performed. The HydraFacial was amazing! My 45 year old face was absolutely glowing for days. If I could, I would go back every month.

Fabulous treatment here in the spring of 2023 while visiting. It's been a long time since I've been to a med spa and everything was explained with detail, potential side effects, expected outcomes, etc. I only wished I lived closer to have the same quality. Just turns out that they are coming to my town in the Fall and I just can't wait. The hydrofacial was so relaxing and also looked and felt really refreshing. I've had facials in the past that made my face break out afterwards but there was none of that here. The botox was the best I received anywhere, outstanding. The focus was placed on areas that made the most impact and I've received so many compliments since then.

Absolutely amazing! This medspa surpassed all my expectations. The staff was professional, the treatments were exceptional, and the ambiance was pure tranquility. A true five-star experience that left me feeling rejuvenated and grateful. Highly recommend!

Vana review Reposting this original review. After the owner called to asked me to take it down and swore she would make it right. She strung me along for another six months and did absolutely nothing. She asked me to reach out to the manager Meredith, of the Aventura location and that they would give me free sessions until satisfied because the treatments did not work whatsoever. I did what Nicole the owner said and sent Meredith, multiple emails and she couldn't even give me the courtesy to respond to my emails. When I reached out to Nicole about this, she did not respond either. I am so disgusted at the way this place does business in every sense. Below is my original review. Horrible experience all around. The treatments don't work, they lock you in at one price the raise the rates, they charge a monthly fee, initiation fee and annual fee after 2 months. They cancel your appointment if you one minute late .The technician is rude and made me feel so uncomfortable so many times. I now have to go somewhere else after 9 session of laser hair removal here because I have not seen improvement and they ignore emails from me acting for my treatment history so I can provide to new technician. I would give this place zero stars if I could. The biggest wait of time and money. Beware of this place.

I have been getting facials forever & this was one of the best facials ever. Ashley is awesome & my skin looks so pretty! 💕 Can’t wait to come back.
