Had app on august and sign for my records to be send to my address. On september called to ask them to send it I was suposed to speak to a manager who said she was sending them the same day is already october and I spoke to Keysha explaining the situation she was a care person the only one But Im still waiting for my records Seems that nobody has the time to make a copy and just send the envelope to my address That simple My visit with the doctor on august will be the last
