Como explicar la mala experiencia de esta tarde con falta de consideración y preocupación de parte de un doctor y su equipo por un paciente. Un appointment previsto desde hace una semana para hoy, y cuando llegó 15 min antes de mi appointment me dicen que fue cancelado por que hicieron una llamada en día anterior a las 4 de la tarde para confirmar y por el simple hecho que no se contestó la llamada decidieron cancelar. Lo peor de todo, no es solo que perdí mi día de trabajo, y que verdaderamente necesito la opinion y revisión de un cardiólogo, sino que me miente en mi propia cara, haciéndole una llamada a otra paciente que tenían que cancelar su cita porque el doctor tenía una emergencia en el hospital. Y la paciente le dijo que ya estaba llegando al edificio. La asistente contestó, ah ok entonces llega que el doctor te atiende... what? 😳Really? Como si yo no estuviera ahí. Y luego de ir a ver el doctor, sale y me dice que lo siente mucho que no me puede atender porque tiene una emergencia en el hospital 😳🤔 si eso fuera verdad y si esto es la emergencia de un cardiólogo supuestamente con más de 29 años de experiencia en el campo, la persona en el hospital moría por falta de atención. En fin, gracias poro NO, mejor me buscar un cardiólogo profesional que quizás no tenga tantos años de experiencia, pero la atención y salud de un paciente sea lo primero en su carrera. Es vergonzoso tener que hacer este escrito público, pero mejor que las personas allá fuera sepan por las más experiencia que pasan otros pacientes y no les llegue a suceder a ellos. El Dinero no lo es todo en la vida.

Booked an appointment the day before. I was greatly appreciative of being able to get an appointment so soon. Office staff was nice. Once I arrived they decided to tell me that there was a mix up with my information and someone should of called me the day before. They did not and didn’t show any care to get my issue fixed on the spot. Instead offered a later appointment which I cannot make. Seems odd to offer a letter appointment if my information is messed up. Why not fix it and commit to the appointment they gave me? Very upset to wake up and start my day like this. I will never recommend sorry.

Dr. Gutierrez is a fabulous cardiology specialist. dedicated to his work, friendly and with a superior professional degree. I strongly recommend Dr Gutierrez as an intern and Cardiologist as well as all his formidable staff
