Horrible place. The toilet seat broke 4 days ago and they have not replaced it. No seat for 4 days is something that cannot be forgiven. Not a place to go for rehab if you care about your family member. They dont reach out for updates like other places and they are basically a nightmare to be at as a patient.

Excellent care My grandmother was in Hospice for two weeks the nurses and staff were veryprofessional and compassionate. Ana RN she is wonderful always keeping my grandmother comfortable and safe the place is super clean . They all very attentive. Thank you very much

My relative was sent here for rehabilitation after hospitalization. Staff and doctors refused to give her her prescribed pain medication and would not return calls after repeated requests. They did not respond to a medicade social worker who called on our behalf. Due to pain she has not been able to get out of bed for a week and a half. No bath except for a wash while in bed. Dont ever let your relatives go there.

The facility is excelent. Father Frank and Sister Mary are the most caring and nice people. The food is excelent. Due to COVID their services are mostly crippled. Many prohibitions many rules that are difficult to follow by patients. Some people are wet and dirty for more than an hour. Patients that cannot mobilize need extra attention. Some nurses definitively don’t have any empathy with the sick. By other side are excelent nurses like Rosita Cassandra and Mellie. Thank you because after a week I was walking again. I finish my rehabilitation at home

Called several times to make an appointment to speak with people in charge of my Uncles care. No response. Finally i just went to visit. treated with hostility and not allowed to just make sure he was ok. Needs to be reported for more comprehensive investigation.

Very poor care at this facility. Negligent and incompetence is an understatement. Nurses look miserable to be working there. Nurse response time for their patient time is shameful Doctor doesnt call back. Nurses say they call the doctor doctor say their call service didn’t notify them. No accountability.
