Dr. Rives is an exceptional physician. The wait time is worth every minute. She takes time with every patient to give the best care and advice. She doesn’t rush parents and answers all our questions. She always makes us feel better when we leave. I would recommend this pediatrician to any new parent or current parent looking for a good pediatrician.

Horrible service, I called from a providers office where I work and my Spanish isn't that great so I asked help if someone can speak English and the lady hung up on me twice, very unprofessional and she said no when i asked for help.

The service in the office is horrible. The wait times are extremely long for just a short check up. I waited 3 hours to be called into the room. The staff takes their time and don’t consider the patients wasting a whole day in a waiting room. I’ve been to this doctor for over 10 years and every time I come the wait gets longer. Even if there is 2 patients in front of me or 10 the wait is crazy.

Excellent place to take your child/children. Dr, Rives was very professional and nice at the same time. Took her time to answer all my questions. No waiting time with appointment. Personnel very nice too. The place was spotless.

Good Doctor but plan on waiting here all day for a simple appointment. It is worse if you are a walk-in patient. Staff is not friendly and Dr. always has residents following her around which causes even more delays in service. Definitely will not come again, not worth it.

I have never met a doctor so selfish. takes her time, not in a good way. Takes her lunch hour while her practice is filled with patients. nursers seem to know more than she does. Unless you come here before the door opens don't expect to spend anything less than 5 hours, to be told your fine when your not.

I have over 20 years experience with this DR. All her patients are treated as they are her only patients and the love, care and respect she gives the children, regardless their age is amazing!
