Dr. Perez has been taking care of my father and has gone the extra mile in all ways. He is caring and conscientious and understands giving the patient some dignity. He recommends just what is needed and is cautious in a good way, making accurate assessments. I think he is outstanding.

His diagnosis was on target, recommended treatment brought the exact results he told me will happened, took his time treating and explaining the issues, followed up exactly as he promised and in short made a complicated situation a breeze and positive experience.
