AVOID THIS DOCTOR AT ALL COSTS !!!! My daughter has been seeing this lady for maybe about a year due to insurance coverage. The office schedule that the doctor is actually available to attend your child is soooo inconvenient, she is rarely available. She comes in the room, does not even acknowledge you or greets you. + 5-8 students in the room all dressed up in gowns & face shields.. seriously? what child sees this & feels comfortable ? She's not an educating doctor, she will tell you not to do something simply because "you're not supposed to," instead of educating parents. The front desk lady should honestly choose another line of work. She's always so unhelpful, answers rudely with no desire to work or be there. Be prepared to wait in that office for 2 + hours. Doctor doesn't start her clinic til 11am, if she is late, well you will just have to find out on your own because no one else in the office will advise you. I'm not one to write reviews at all but I am just so fed up with this doctor & her office, I felt it necessary to try & possibly save other children & families from this office. Please AVOID.

No le recomiendo este lugar...la dra nunca puede atender a los niños...las horas de espera son hasta 3 horas..la recepcionista no deberia de trabajar en ese lugar de niños muy mala educacion, trato y deseo de no ayudar...hasta para un papel necesitas diass..la dra dice q no atiende niños enfermos hasta q se mejore o bueno eso dice la recepcionista...🤔 peor lugar donde atender sus hijos

Este es el último lugar q usted deberia buscar, no existe la amabilidad, no hay educacion, muy mal trato de parte de la recepcionista q mujer más pesada...la Dra nunca esta disponible ...pesimo lugar para su hijos

Bueno hoy fue la primera vez que llevo a mis niños y estoy muy feliz, pues era consulta de niño sano y la Dra los examino bien e hizo las preguntas necesarias. En la recepción y la enfermera recibí buena atención y sobretodo sin malas caras. Solo se demoro un poco en comenzar la consulta, pero en cual consulta médica no? 😊Felicidades

Recently took my child for her annual with Dr.Fernandez as her new pediatrician. Besides waiting over 2 hours to be seen. I was very disappointed in the lack of professionalism received. She came into the room where we were waiting and didn’t even introduce herself to my daughter or myself. She came in with about 9 or more *students* into the room not explaining who they were and why they were even there. They came in with masks and face shields as well as white suits over their clothes. I mean seriously?! How can someone not get scared or nervous. My toddler obviously was scared being it her first time at this office and everyone coming in that way and she didn’t care to make her comfortable. My daughter hid behind me as she was scared. She was quick to want to diagnose my child with an illness right at the beginning of her entering the room that didn’t even make sense. I left before the check up was even completed. Truly ridiculous and disrespectful. Extremely disappointed to say the least. Keep in mind, prior to this visit my 2 year old had a dentist appointment and she was actually happy and didn’t hide behind me once or show sign of fear. (A dentist is always scary even to an adult) That alone shows a lot.

Buenas . Primero este centro no tiene ni el personal adecuado . Segundo no tienen los equipos de trabajo fui hacerle los laboratorios de La Niña y no tienes los uquipos suficientes.

Dr Fernandez has been my kids pediatrician for about 20 years or more absolutely the most Fantastic caring physician I know ! I would recommend this pediatrician to absolutely every parent thanks Dr Fernandez for all you do for my kids

I changed my son to Dr Maria Fernanadez because the recommendation came from a very well known person. I’m always taking care of my sons health and as many of us I look for serious professionals but since I began with this facility I had had the same issue with the receptionist, to me the customer service she provides is very poor, and the manners are forgotten most of the time. I know my responsibilities as a mother and it is not her business to tell me that I have to make an appointment if I’m telling her that I had left many voice mails to the doctors (specialist) office so when I attempted to ask her to talk to Dr Fernandez and asked for another specialist she responded to me that she can’t make an appointment that my responsibility l, in my opinion she misunderstood the question but it’s always the same when I ask her something she responds in bad attitude and this is getting frustrating because I had really stayed there because of the doctor but having to deal with someone that always treats you bad is unhealthy. Also the waiting is always a mission I had arrived 1 hour prior to the appointment and stayed there for 3 hours because of delays. Sometimes it’s understandable but on top the bad attitude received and the I don’t know asker for everything this is getting me un happy.
