So Sandy is the office manager and she is extremely rude. After reading the reviews I completely know what I told her was correct. The doctor I had was apologetic and seem nice but the staff is horrible and I mean horrible. My first day I was there for 4hrs and today I called for an appointment and after speaking to Sandy I’m finding me a new office. I have a problem with my hands and I can’t take rudeness so I’ll think I need to find another office
This is the worst doctors office I’ve been to. Office staff are rude obnoxious and inconsiderate. They should worry less about there makeup and nurses uniform that don’t fit appropriately and learn some common courtesy. No wonder your rating is soo poor
Dr. Bridges is an amazing doctor. Excellent bedside manners. Office staff was able to fit me in right away and did a thorough exam. Was able to take care of my problem!!
I should have paid attention to the reviews. Admittedly, I arrived to the office 15 minutes late. No excuses, but I had a personal issue with my husband, I’m his caregiver. When I found the building of the doctors office, I couldn’t find parking and drove around several times before parking at another office building and walking over to Dr. Bridges office. It was my first visit and I didn’t know about the parking situation. Once I went inside the office, it reminded me of a social security office because the lobby area was packed. I walked up to the window and waited to be acknowledged by the receptionist. I guess I was expecting too much. I signed the clipboard and prior to sitting down, I politely got the attention of the receptionist to ask for whatever paperwork I would need to fill out. I didn’t think she knew who I was since she never looked up from the tablet in her hands but she stated, “We require new patients to arrive 15 minutes early to fill out the paperwork. You’re already 15 minutes late.” Then she asked if I wanted to reschedule. What a joke. I politely said no thank you and walked out. If the office was so efficient and saw patients when they first arrived it would not have looked like an over packed zoo inside. I’ll go back to my regular doctor who has a 5 star rating and leave these mediocre offices alone. I only scheduled an appointment with Dr. Bridges because of pain I suffered from trying to lift my husband alone. Dr. Bridges office had a quicker appointment date and I chose not to wait for my regular doctor. I won’t make that mistake again. I’ll pay better attention to the reviews in the future and be wiser. I was just in pain and was looking for assistance. I never met the doctor, but first impressions…..
Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere for service. Even trying to make an appointment for my mother as a new patient proved to be an incredible hassle. Dr. Bridges was a referral from another podiatrist and so I expected quite a bit. After several calls, I was finally able to schedule an appointment weeks out in advance. My mom is in extreme pain and so I asked if they could get her in sooner. The representative I spoke with was entirely uncaring and disengaged. A couple of days prior to the appointment, I tried to get the new patient paperwork sent over so we could fill it out in advance. After about 6 calls to the office, I reached their out of office live assistant. She said she would pass the message on the office. I called back again the day after and reached the out of office assistant again. She said she had passed the message along but would do so again. Utterly frustrated after still not receiving the new patient paperwork, I decided to look up the doctor online. Not surprisingly, his reviews were abysmal and right in line with what I had been experiencing. I called to cancel the appointment and got the live assistant again. She was quick to cancel the appointment but refused to take a message for the office. I found myself shouting over the phone because I was so beside myself at the absolute lack of service. I told her that I would like to dictate a message for her to pass on to the office and after an extensive back and forth, she relented. But at that point, any trust I had that the message would be delivered had been shattered. It's really quite a shame that a referral could have gone so horribly wrong. I hope they take the time to look inward because this is not at all how you run a business.
Dr Bridges is very personable, which is nice if you're looking for someone to hang out with. Unfortunately, his lack of thorough medical care can and has created caused serious problems. I sustained severe trauma to my left arm due to a bad fall that required the services of EMTs. I went to Dr Bridges for treatment. I brought my own xray, but that's all I had. The doctor drained a big pocket of blood, but didn't do a physical exam or order additional tests. The accident took place on March 15th. I saw him 3 times for pain and additional follow-up. All he said is that "it looks better." Fast forward to the present. I still have a large bruise, but my arm is causing so much pain that I can't even sleep at night. My pain management doctor did an ultrasound, which indicated a rotator cuff tear. There is also an artery that is swollen and very painful. So now I also need an MRI. Why didn't Dr Bridges do a thorough examination of my arm and order appropriate tests back in March? Now he has the nerve to bill me for a 2 minute visit, wherein he made the statement about the bruise looking better. I strongly recommend that he reevaluate that charge and reassess his ability to treat orthopedic injuries.

I am still walking with a cane and was told that I was going to come back running. Ha Ha funny. From January 2021 until now, I still need a cane for support, which is something that I didn't have to do prior to my surgery(Arthroscopic). I was managing better than I am now.😭😭😭😭😭
I would steer clear from this office. It’s been nothing but headaches contacting them via phone. They don’t call back or respond to voicemails. And you have to be on top of everyone for things to get done. My MRI almost got delayed because they didn’t send my medical records to Miami Lakes radiology on time, and they also wouldn’t return Miami Lakes Radiology’s calls after numerous voicemails. The medical records people were also incredibly unhelpful. I would recommend Dr. Steven Gorin. Save yourselves the headache :). Hopefully this helps future patients looking for an orthopedic doctor.
Not professional He mentioned he was a workman's comp Doctor multiple times. Still waiting for a brace. I'm having to go to another doctor. Wondering what happened to A doctors oath?

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
