In July of 2022 I came down with Covid. I contacted Dr. Acosta, whom was my primary at the time, to obtain medication. It took 5 days for the doctor to finally send in a prescription after I had to threaten to physically go to the office and expose both staff and patients if I did not get the medication I needed. After numerous call during a 5 day duration did I finally get my medication. With an ailment such as Covid, I feel I should not have to have waited 5 days with 104 degree of fever, coughs and chills in order to get my primary care physician to prescribe what was so medically needed. I would not recommend Dr. Nilda Acosta to anyone at all.

She Doesn’t listen to what the patient says! She does what she wants....just not right! I told her that I was not going for certain tests and she writes for them! A Doctor SHOULD Never force a patient!!!!

I came home in tears after visiting her office once again. She doesn't take the time to listen or get to know her patients. I felt like I didn't have a voice and that I wasn't heard when I tried to explain my conditions and how I felt to her. I will be switching promptly.
