I dont understand the negative comments the other people left but I had a good experience. The doctor was kind patient and thorough. The nurses were sweet comfortable and very knowledgeable.

Wait time was 1 hour for a physical. it took 2 and a half weeks and 3 or 4 calls in order to get my prescription sent to the phamacy. I never heard back regarding my test results.

They are not reliable and especially when it come for them to release records in a timely manner. They are not answering there phone either.

My first time being there i was a bit scared but the staff was friendly the woman that took my blood was nice and friendly when the Doctor came he asked alot of questions and he listen to me and my concerns i would recommend this doctor.

Unfortunately this is one good doctor that has a terrible staff especially front deskThey never seem to get anything right if you change pharmacies they dont know how to fix the settings in the system to pick another pharmacy the referrals are a nightmare you have to call and call and finally arrive at the specialist and realize they still havent done it. The front desk is usually rude. Sad to say I have no other option than to change doctors. I hope that he realizes that this is affecting him and get better trained staff

The wait time is ridiculous. The office rarely answers the phone during work hours. Its sad you want to support but we make it impossible to.

I have never been one but I was so proud to hear once again a native Haitian who’s succeed outside of our country. Then again would I be more proud to have such people in Haiti. Way to go docteur Pierre E.Thanks to Elisabeth for a great job well done looking for these peoples to bring to the community

Can not get the office to answer the phone since this morning I also called the 800 number for an appointment and they gave me the same office number. Huge waist of time. How can the Dr make business with a structure that does not support him or represent him well. He might be a great Dr but his support system is very poor.
