He is the best, listens, explains everything, is not rushing, professional, kind. The best. I don't understand some bad reviews must be fake or wrong doctor. I mean no one wants a doctor that is rushing but they don't want to wait either. Is a great office if you are looking for a good doctor.

Rude and unprofessional staff - Doctor will make you wait ages and then see you for 5 minutes, flippantly. I would look anywhere but here for prompt and effective medical care. Run! He is unapologetic about the wait time and combative - empty waiting room, but still an hour plus wait.

Doctor will make you wait over an hour every single time. The staff is rude and unprofessional. Doctor provides very little by way of actual care - if you are under the age of 70, he will tell you that you are fine and not provide true medical care. I would avoid him if you are seeking care.

Staff treats folks like dirt- there is absolutely nothing positive about this office and the level of "care" provided. Doctor makes you wait ages in the waiting room and is completely unapologetic. Moves about as slow as a sloth and provides level of care akin to a rookie. Look elsewhere. What a joke.

The Best Doctor that me and my father ever had. Bless him since 2 years ago I had Kidney infection and didn’t want to go to the hospital due pandemic but went to a clinic which inform me that I need to see a Primary doctor which the previous one is horrible. Dr. Roberto Urquiza took me as a new patient and right away he knew my symptoms and save my life from preventing the worse to come. He is truly a professional and caring doctor which I deeply very highly recommended. His assistant Jackie is very professional and hard worker .

One of the best doctors in Miami, he does not have vacations or hours to attend to his patients. He listens to every detail and helps all his patients equally. Very grateful for his service.

Called mds office my husband is a patient we needed to speak to md since my husband fainted and needed new meds . They kept me on hold 15 mins 4:45 at 5pm they hung up . Eveytime I would call they all momentico and leave me on hold !!!!!!!!
