This man deserves NO stars. He deserves several middle fingers ! Lol In all seriousness I would CAUTION any healthcare provider required to do an evaluation by IPN/PRN to see this person. He’s SUBJECTIVE , prejudice , judgemental, malicious ,deliberate and very UNPROFESSIONAL. This man is effective in stripping people of their dignity, character assasination and the obvios, thanks to him many rehab centers have business His fees may be lower than any other local evaluator, but trust me you get what you pay for. Whatever commute you have to do, or higher fees to pay are WORTH it.

I was part of a family consultation, and an eye witness, in which Dr. Therese interviewed my fiancee who was referred by IPN. Dr. Therese stated. "I am convinced you are innocent and will recommend that you be cleared." Dr. Therese then proceeded to write a very untruthfully, misleading report. The Hippocratic oath says "Do no harm." Dishonesty is ground fro the revocation of one's medical licence. Dr. Therese should be investigated by the Florida Medical Council.

The doctor ask me several questions and I answer all questions honestly. The doctor wrote a very dishonest report which was completely opposite to what he told me. How can someone be practicing in this field and be so grossly dishonest?

Very unprofessional. He will recommend inpatient rehab to all of his patients. Takes only cash money up front. Stay away from this scam artist.

Dr Treese acts like he made it. He collects upfront, doesn't prepare or reads his previous notes. Gets easily upset, and become quiet and threatening when things don't go his way. A very miserable person. He himself needs lots of therapy. Professionals (MD, DMD, ARNP, RN) stay away from Treese. He will always recommend inpatient therapy for 3-4 months. At $14,000 per month. STAY AWAY from this snake.

I was asked to see him for an evaluation for competency - anger issues. He initially said I was OK to work. He saw me once for an hour. 3 months later I was asked at work why his report was not done. about 5 months after seeing him he changed his mind and said that I should not be working without talking to me no one at work admitted to talking with him and they denied I had any further complaints I was out of work for 3 months. I was reexamined by someone else and all of his "diagnoses" were invalidated. I am back at work and have had no issues. Through this process I met others who had similar experiences, including another person pulled from work months after his evaluation. Be careful and consider other options before allowing him to evaluate you. You may not get the result that you expect. By the way, not one follow-up call to check on me

I am a nurse referred by IPN for an assessment for my job/nursing license. I went to see another IPN provider in Tampa and did not have a good experience. After coming to Dr. Treese for a second opinion I was very pleased. Dr. Treese took the time to listen to me and take a lot of factors into account regarding my situation. I believe that he is fair and objective taking a lot of different information in order to make his recommendation and diagnosis. I really wish I had gone to Dr. Treese for the first IPN appointment. I believe his assessment and suggestions for therapy are accurate and sound.

Worst bedside manners. Only concern is to get the cash

Had an evaluation with this Dr. (he calls himself one anyway) I tried on numerous occasions to describe my problems but was continuously interrupted by this "Dr." so I could hear how wonderful he is paying little attention to my plight. Then the report he wrote was completely fabricated as if he was writing about someone else. Two words of advise STAY WAY.

Needs a psychiatrist himself considering his narcissistic antisocial approach and uncomfortably flat affect. Disregards patient input, renders predetermined diagnosis and dishonest reports in exchange for referals. Should be ashamed of himself. Clearly anti 12 step recovery.
