Digna Riva's Online Review Report Card

He llamado el dia entero y me cuelgan en mi propia cara. El trato es súper desagradable me contestó la señora y me dice que no me puede atender y me vuelve a colgar. No recomiendo este lugar

I have no idea what kind of Drs. office this is. I have been trying to get a hold of this office for 5 days and no one answers. I have called every hr by the hr and it's the same message. No one is available and please call back within normal business hours not to mention this is within normal business hours. They don't even have an answering service where you can at least leave a message. Unbelievable. I would not recommend.

Does not meet the appointment schedule, you must wait a list 2 hours to see Dr. Rivas, (if the appointment is at 2 pm they will attend you at 430pm, Dr. Rivas does not value your time), when you see her, She does not give you enough time to ask the questions, because she have other patients waiting. aside she serves you in a rude way... I do not recommend it!

Applied online for a job of this facility. They called me for a job interview. The girl working there Heather which apparently is the doctors daughter was extremely rude as soon as I started asking her to please provide me with a bit more information about the job. She said to me she was busy and hang up the phone on me. I called back to speak to her manager. They put me on hold, told me that she got the message. Asked for her name and they refused to give it to me. 5 minutes later got a call from one of the doctors in this facility. started telling her the story, she interrupted me, told me 'that's my daughter, by the way I hired someone an hour ago and the salary is 35 dollars an hour. Then she hung up the phone. First, I called to make a complaint after how poorly I was treated. I have a very good resume and I thank God I can pick my jobs. I just feel bad for that person that just got hired. I hope they are really paying that person that amount of money. This people have no manners. Thank you for that experience. I hope no one at your location gets treated this way. If they do, please report them

How refreshing to have a doctor that actually takes the time to examine me from head to toe, & isn't typing away on a computer.

This is the worst doctor. She has absolutely no ideal how to care for her patients. She put you on all type of medication that makes you feel worse before you even get better. And then when you let her know the medication is giving you all type of side effects she refuse to see you and tell you to go find another doctor instead of taking care of the patient's need at that time.

Only issue is waiting time other than that amazing !!!!

Dr. Riva is a good Dr. but, her staff is VERY unprofessional. You could be in the next room and hear them talking about the patient on the other room. Everybody will know your business once you walk out of there. Dr. Riva herself is a great doctor, and very funny and incouraging. But on a serious note Dr. Riva, beside your Nurse, you need new staff. I mean from the front desk to the financial person. everyone need changing. Her nurse is very professional and nice.

Dr Riva is a fine, caring doctor... once you get past the chaotic, unprofessional staff. Office wait time is ridiculous. Beware.
